My stay at Ghislain’s property was absolutely perfect! The location was central, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area so convenient. The property itself had excellent amenities, including a gym and an on-site restaurant. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ghislain was an outstanding host - accommodating and attentive to every detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed in a spacious, modern, and new apartment. The bathroom was large with a handy washing machine. Reception, check-in, and breakfast were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I feel the need to point out a few areas that could use improvement. The overall equipment and decor of the apartment felt a bit uninspired and could benefit from a more thoughtful touch. The kitchen, while equipped with essentials, only had two sets of dishes, cutlery, and glasses, which I found limiting. I faced some challenges with unplugged stove plates and a disconnected hot water boiler fuse, which could be better prepared for guests' arrival. Also there are no sponge, soap for rinsing or washing detergent. You need to buy and bring yourself. Overall, a good stay with room for minor improvements.

I felt like I was at home! Very cozy and was close to many shops. Very clean and the host is always there to help.

The daily presence of the staff made me feel safe. There can be noise from people walking if you sleep in the front room but it's just security or cleaning lady.

Sophie was really warm and receptive during our communication from when we booked her space. She had a wonderful caretaker on site called Donnata who was always willing to help and kept the place squeaky clean. I will definitely be coming back to this place in my next visit to Rwanda.

Jean Claude is an exceptional host, always available to provide recommendations and ensure a comfortable stay.

Arlette's home is a true sanctuary in Kigali. The space is impeccably maintained, with a stunning interior that reflects her great taste and attention to detail. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere. Arlette and her husband went above and beyond as hosts, showing genuine care and kindness all the time. They even took care of me when I fell ill during my stay! Their support made me feel secure and truly at ease. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—it's an experience of comfort, care, and heartfelt hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.

Nadia and Amaury's home was the absolute perfect place for our little family. They had everything we needed and more for our children, including the most delightful playroom and mud kitchen. The decor is beautiful, especially all the custom woodwork. It's centrally located and was a breeze to get to everything. And Nadia and Amaury were so kind and responsive to all of my many questions!
