Martin could not have been more accommodating. He responded very quickly to my questions. His home was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed . They had a welcoming gift basket and a welcoming note upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you, Martin for opening your home to us.

Garrett was very friendly and responsive. The place was immaculate and had many comforts of home. The biggest pluses were the hot tub and fire pit and barbecue grill. I would defintely recommend this place and will be going back again. Thank you Garrett

Had a wonderful mini-break and Saachi and Kanishk were super responsive and helpful, nothing was too much for them to help. Property was stunning and well decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Property was as described/shown in photos. Nice little house - fully equipped kitchen with spices and everything. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. Sean was a proactive host so I did not have many questions. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay at! Tons of things to do around the area. The home matches the pictures and did not disappoint. A great place to stay with friends and family with the opportunity to relax and have fun in the hot tub outside, grill, and play billiards. Highly recommend this home, owner was responsive and assisted us when needed.

place was just as pictured maybe even better. it was perfect for my group of 8 and everyone had their own bed. kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for the weekend. we really enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. would definitely recommend to others and would stay again next time i visit the Poconos.

We had an excellent weekend! Kelly's place was in a great location and was very comfortable for our weekend away. Kelly's communication was top notch and everything we needed for a great weekend was at our finger tips.

My family and I had an amazing time. The home was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The place was as pictures. The sauna and jacuzzi was awesome. Would definitely come back.

I spent one and a half months here. The owners were always quickly responsive with messages. Nice little cottage and perfect space for one or two people. The walls were pretty thin and I was able to hear the neighbors but it wasn’t as loud in the living room when the bathroom door was closed. The owners kept up on snow removal on both the front and back porches.

Had a wonderful time at Erica’s mountain house. House was so cozy and everything was just as pictured. Erica was flexible about check out time which was so helpful not feeling rushed on our last day. We loved the fire place and sunroom. It was a snowy weekend and we still had a great time.

Had an amazing time with family and friends. The house was just enough. Not too big but can comfortably fit a larger amount of people. Definitely felt at home and on vacation at the same time. Host was very helpful. The enclosed yard was a wonderful bonus! Definitely would rent again.

This is our second time visiting the cabin and we love it because you can relax and the best thing is that the river is behind the yard and you can fish right there. Earl is very friendly, always responds quickly and the cabin is very clean, it is a perfect place to relax, we hope to return soon.

We rented Helen's house for 3 months over the winter. The location is excellent, we walked to dinners and saw a few shows at the Opera house. Helen is a great communicator and host. Highly recommend staying at Helen's house.

My friends and I stayed at Susan's place for 2 nights for a 3-day ski trip to Shawnee Mountain. The location was great- it was easy to find upon arrival and the resort was only a 40 minute drive away. Susan was very accommodating and answered all my questions in a prompt manner, which helped me feel more prepared and reassured when planning on what to bring. The house was very clean, organized, and the kitchen amenities were great perks. I especially appreciated the coffee and creamer she provided for us! Hot water and heat were always available as well. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay and my friends and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend to others!

The house was even bigger and cozier than the photos made it look! Great location for our ski trip to Blue Mountain and Camelback. Favorite part was the electric fireplace!

Karan was awesome helped with anything and everything I had questions about. Was very informative about the surrounding area and was very quick to answer. Would definitely come back here again next time!!

Great place to relax for a few days. Secluded location makes it easy to shut out the world and enjoy quality time. The host is very responsive to any inquiry and keeps the place tidy.

This place was great for a relaxing stay in the Poconos. The house was perfect for a getaway weekend with family and friends. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in this part of the Poconos.

Robert I love you place it’s beautiful it’s comfortable it’s super clean I had a time figuring out the hear but once I got it the hear was amazing. The location is up coming so it’s a little bit rough and about 15 mins from any stores but overall we loved it

The Cozy Cottage was exactly what my family and me needed. Everything was so lovely, comfortable, and overall family friendly! There was enjoyment for the whole family. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future! 10/10 recommend. Beautiful location as well!

Great place and enough space for family. We had a wonderful stay and the place was exactly as described. The host was very responsive. He helped us check in as early as 9am and was responsive throughout our visit. He gave us suggestions about places to visit. I recommend the place for anyone who visits the area.
