A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

Highly recommended! Anne’s place is amazing and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Living room is comfortable, and we love the working fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spotless and has good strong shower, constant hot water for 8 people staying. We also enjoyed the wonderful garden and the pool room. Anne is also very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for a great and memorable stay!

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

Beautiful house and surrounding garden area, the boys loved playing in the games room, house had everything we needed. Some of the pictures are out dated, only affected what we had planned for sleeping arrangements. One of the beds is a sofa bed, kitchen has been updated. The barn in the pictures is now a converted annex which someone was staying in whilst we were there. Communication could have been better prior to the stay as asked a couple of questions with no response until the owner was providing other information to me a couple of days before the stay. Overall we had a brilliant stay in a wonderful location, thank you.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend here. The house is ideal for a large group. The kitchen and dining area flow well into the living area. The only thing to note is there is only one proper shower in the house. This is in the en-suite not the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very impressed with the very generous welcome basket of goodies ! This included Prosecco, milk, eggs bread and more ! Thank you !

Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

A great cottage in the heart of Woodstock. Beautifully decorated with interesting (antique) furniture, pristine kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. The central location makes it easy to access the town's great selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants, whilst the double glazing means that it is still very quiet.

Really lovely property. Spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Perfect for my team working on a project locally. Lisa's communication was always timely, accurate and friendly. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

We had a lovely time at Glebe Cottage! The cottage is situated in a small quiet town that was perfect for strolls. We loved the convenience of getting to nearby towns while still enjoying the privacy and slow pace of Blockley. Jill was extremely helpful in recommending places to go and also accommodating our travel plans.

My 3 friends and I spent 2 nights at James's house which was absolutely perfectly situated for a shopping trip to Bicester shopping village. The house was spacious and immaculate and just what we needed as a base. M&S food over the road was really handy! We would definitely like to stay again if we make a return visit.

A beautiful old house, tastefully and thoughtfully renovated. Very suitable for our big family weekend of various ages. Really well equipped kitchen. Great location, quiet road just a few minutes walk from the river. Good children’s playgrounds on riverside about 15 minutes walk from the house. Just one issue, lock box code not available til time of arrival. Would have preferred this earlier, and would have liked to have known when it was going to be available rather than checking fruitlessly several times.
