フーコックの楽しみの１つになるナイトマーケットエリアにあるアパートメントです。施設はとても綺麗で2つのベットルームにトイレ＆シャワーも3つあり充実しています。 1点だけ、チェックインは複数のアパートメントを管理してるスタッフが常駐してるので、ホテルにチェックインする感覚で該当の住所に向かって問題ありません。オーナーは忙しいと思うので、直接連絡をしたい場合は、前日にメッセージを送る位の余裕が必要です。 チェックインさえ終われば、全て最高です。

The place was nice, clean and quiet but the location itself, in the south part of the island, is still very new so not much happening during the day but if you head toward the coastal town nearby by walking or take a taxis to the north side, it’s lovely. Our host, Long, was very responsive and communication was amazing.

Quynh is a great host, so enthusiastic. Communication was smooth and friendly. Location is close to the beach and the center of Grand World. Thank you Quynh!

very impressive experience. Host is nice and helpful. We arrived very late yet she waited us til our arrival. Apartment is quite good as well. Everything is tidy and neat. We had an amazing view from the room. A gym room and swimming pool are also included.

Great place and host is kind always responsible

This was our first time in Phú Quốc and we could not have picked a better place than this Hillside condo. The condo is compact but it has all the basic amenities and it is very clean. We rented a two bedroom and two bathroom which is two separate units and connected by the main hall. This building is the highest in Sunset town and it has a beautiful panoramic view on the infinity pool. It is about 10 minutes walk downhill to the night market. However, there are outdoor escalators to go uphill to the hillside. Our house is very responsive and was easy to contact by phone or email.

One of the best places I have been so far. Really loved this place, highly recommend! Would come again. I really appreciate the host how friendly and helpful he was. And it was such a positive surprise that in the sunset town they had fireworks everynight in the end of the Kiss of the sea show, it was so beautiful!

Das Haus und der wunderschöne Garten sind ein absoluter Ort der Ruhe und ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Vom Haus aus hat man Meerblick und die Terrasse eignet sich durch Hängematten und Liegemöglichkeiten perfekt zum Erholen. Ein kleiner Weg durch den wunderschönen Blumengarten führt direkt zu einem kleinen Strand, an dem wir täglich baden waren. Das Wasser ist lange sehr flach und je nach Strömung verändert sich die Wasserqualität. Wir haben uns hier wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft war das Highlight unserer mehrmonatigen Reise. Phong hat uns mit Nüssen und Getränken herzlich empfangen und uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer schnell geholfen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir würden diesen Ort wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, super für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen und einfach genießen wollen! Die Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Läden die zu fuss oder besser mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind. Nana war für uns immer da und hat Touren organisiert und Kontakte vermittelt. Auch ihre Empfehlungen bezüglich nachtleben restaurants etc waren echt super! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Roller hat Nana uns bei Anreise direkt bereitgestellt gegen sehr geringe Gebühr (ca 6€/Tag). Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen sie zu besuchen. Wer viel nachtleben will kann abends mit dem Taxi für ca 10€ jeweils hin und zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

Truc is a very nice and well-communicated Airbnb host. The facilities and rooms in the villa are very clean, comfortable and consistent with the list. There are also restaurants and food courts nearby for you to choose for breakfast or dinner. I highly recommend Truc’s accommodation, not only the place to stay is good, but also the friendliness of the host is a lot of extra points. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

Мы арендовали жилье на неделю, остались очень довольны. Чистое белье, приятно пахло. Большая удобная кровать. Все необходимое для приготовления еды есть, средства гигиены были и стиральный порошок. Питьевая вода была. Очень порадовал диванчик так как я на нем много работала, для меня он был очень удобный. Это был наш первый визит на остров и соответственно жилье. Мы остались довольны.

Очень рад, что остановился именно тут на долгий срок (2 недели), квартира супер, такая же как и на фото, вид шикарный каждый день салюты и шоу! Все чисто в квартире и есть все необходимое, даже кулер с водой хорошей. По поводу разных вопросов хозяин отвечал быстро и помогал, за это отдельное спасибо. Плюсом бассейн на крыше, жк новый. Место самое крутое на Фукуоке,близко до пляжа Кхем, 10/10!

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

it is a beautiful place with fireworks every night my family and I enjoy the 5 day stay. lucky we have strong aircon in the house cos the temperature outside is abit hot 🔥 overall is a nice and comfortable stay.

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il était très bien décoré, très propre et disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait pour pouvoir y rester plusieurs jours. Nous sommes aussi allés nous baigner dans la piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble et avons pu admirer les spectacles et feux d'artifices qui ont lieu chaque soir depuis la terrasse de l'appartement (vue imprenable sur le spectacle !!)
