If you come to sunset town this is a great place to stay. Awesome views and great views of the nightly fireworks, yet peaceful surroundings and walkable to all the main attractions. There’s a couple of convenience shops across the road and a couple of small restaurants, although a little more basic. There are several other options within a 5-10 mins walk. 10 mins by grab and you can be in a more local area near by for some great food without the tourist markup! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Everything ok, but the place is outside of the city

the apartment is great, there are all the kitchen utensils and dishes, a large TV with Android TV, fast Internet 300+ megabits per second, a very kind and responsive owner. the only downside is the hard mattress

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

it is a beautiful place with fireworks every night my family and I enjoy the 5 day stay. lucky we have strong aircon in the house cos the temperature outside is abit hot 🔥 overall is a nice and comfortable stay.

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

Nous avons pu communiquer avec Ngân sans problème avant même notre arrivée. L’emplacement est facile à trouver, dans un quartier bien calme le soir. On peut marcher jusqu’au centre ville sans problème. Les chambres sont propres avec tout le nécessaire, et si besoin Ngân vous fournit tout ce qui vous faut instantanément. La communication se fait d’une manière fluide et courtoise, Ngân est très réactive sur ce point. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ngân et serons bien évidemment prêts à y revenir sans se poser de question. Vraiment superbe.

The villa we originally booked was not available so they put us up at another villa in Premier. It was beautiful and we had an amazing time.

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

Nice family villa at the Sailing Vlub Signature in Phu Quoc. We are a family of 7 with grandparents, parents and 2 under 2 staying and loved the place. Great breakfast for 500k per person at the restaurant was not included but available daily. We visited in Jan for fantastic weather and enjoyed our stay.

The home is new and beautiful. The host was friendly and responsive. A few tips: Grab could not find drivers to deliver to such a secluded area. Microwave was not working. Tv was not set up in the bedroom to watch and no batteries in remote. Kitchen is in the back of the main living room. Key was not working for the front door. We stayed only 2 nights visiting the island so it was no trouble for us. The cart rides are convenient too. The sailing club is very nice and the resort had nice amenities as well. I would come back, thanks!
