Jean is a wonderful host. He was always very responsive and made to to check in to see if all was well. He also organized airport transfer on short notice. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone who wants to stay in Kigali and feel welcomed and safe

I loved my stay! We booked till Sunday but ended up extending and my check out is tomorrow Thursday! I loved the space, it was cleaned everyday, staff was friendly, the restaurant is quite convenient for days you don’t feel like leaving your apartment- only thing that would make it more enjoyable is expanding the menu to having more variety of foods and drinks. I loved the pool and the beautiful view facing the hills. Enjoyed my hot showers and the WiFi! The staff are also quite responsive to anything you need. My room service requests were made quite promptly! I would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Sometimes with a short-term rental property, the photos are flattering but the property doesn’t live up to the photos. This was not at all like that. The property and its surroundings were even more beautiful than the photos suggested. It was very safe, clean, beautiful. The owner Jean Claude was responsive and helpful, and his staff was friendly. We arranged a combined family reunion and business conference for one week with 10 guests, and this villa was perfect. Would stay here again with pleasure!

Treasure's place was excellent. We had access to all the amenities as mentioned on the page. This is a very good place to stay in Kigali especially if you are travelling as family (we were six), but also good for smaller families as well. Thanks a lot Treasure for giving us a memorable experience in Kigali-Rwanda.

I really enjoyed my stay at Peponi living spaces. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and affordable. I also loved that we were provided with complimentary water. The pickup and drop off service was top-notch, we arrived at midnight and it was safe. The recommended tour guide was great, friendly and very helpful. I could go on and on, I highly recommend.

Peponi living spaces is great and affordable hotel. From reception to cleaners to guards, they all did pristine job every day. Hotel restaurant is very nice, you can have there omelette or fruit platter for 3-4k or meal for 10k. They provide also very affordable clothing washing service, several items washing is only 1-2k. Communication with Vysakh was always easy with fast responses. All recommendations for future travelers.

I really loved the view from the studio apartment. The breakfast was a full English and was filling. The room was really clean and the wait staff were attentive and really nice too. Did I mention the view was really great and especially at night?

Beautiful apartment! Top level unit with a great view! Bode was incredibly responsive and helpful to us when we needed a place to stay last minute. It was very late at night and he immediately responded to our request and made sure we found the apartment. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room. For us - relationships matter most and Bode’s friendly, helpful personality and customer service was 5 star.

The property was exactly as per the photos and the amenities listed . The place was immaculate and very modern . It’s close to the golf course and the views are just breathtaking .The self checkin with the security box was seamless . Bode is the most responsive host I have encountered. He typically responded within 15minutes max and accommodated our requests the best he could . The property has a number of stairs so if you are coming with lots of luggage please give the host a heads up so that he arranges assistance . We had a bit of a challenge but the staff were quick and willing to help. I would 100% recommend a stay here. The house and surroundings are so relaxing .The stay was just amazing and everything worked in great condition ! If I was ever planning to return to Kigali , this would be my go to home !

We had a fantastic time. I love the location, proximity to many places including the golf course which is within a walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The place is very clean. The host was friendly and easily communicated with us. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place in Kigali.

Ikaze is a beautiful house, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. the place was clean and my friends had a good time. we did struggle a bit explaining the location to taxi drivers and moto (boda) guys. The organized driver was very friendly and helped when we first arrived. I would definitely recommend this place.

I like staying at 99 apartments and especially because of Alice. She is friendly, proactive, and always checking on your wellbeing. Priceless.

Lovely spot for a brief or extended getaway— well equipped and cozy. Safety is ensured by a security system, loved that. Overall great experience and it’s the space and management. Only had trouble figuring out the tv (Netflix login) there seemed to be a bug prevent my use of the streaming services.

If you want to stay in Kigali, this is the place.. Very close to center, clean and meals are great too. I enjoyed my stay…
