Daniel’s home was beautiful. The bed and linens were comfortable. The Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space to sit outside on the multiple balconies. The manager, Alex, was always available if I had any questions or concerns. He even helped me get money exchanged and order me taxis and help me order food. The neighborhood is walkable and beautiful. There is a supermarket and a coffee stand just at the end of the block. The grocery store (Dinnok) is a great landmark to use to find a place and for directing taxis. There is construction noise on the black during the day, but it is quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

I really loved the view from the studio apartment. The breakfast was a full English and was filling. The room was really clean and the wait staff were attentive and really nice too. Did I mention the view was really great and especially at night?

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kigali and will definitely keep coming back! Claudine was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with any questions we had. The apartment itself is even more stunning than the pictures—it’s truly a superb place to stay. One of the standout features is the thoughtful addition of mosquito nets on the windows, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air with the floor-to-ceiling doors open while remaining in a completely mosquito-free environment. As for a previous review mentioning a "slum" nearby—that couldn’t be further from the truth. The area consists of modest homes, but these are solid brick-and-mortar buildings with modern amenities like Canal+. The road leading to the house isn’t paved, but that’s a minor detail and does not affect accessibility at all. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali!

Was a wonderful short stay at a really nice place. The hosts were extremely helpful checking on me every time in case I needed anything. Appreciated the support and effort to make me feel comfortable and at home!

The listing is in the heart of Kigali as they advertise. I personally liked the fact that you can get anywhere within a short time from the residence. And the staff were so helpful and friendly. The place has a good swimming pool and a good view of the city on the rooftop and the restaurant serves great meals.

I had a very comfortable stay at Touch Africa Residence (TA). Paul was in the middle of doing some renovations at LaRubibi (my original booking) and graciously offered me an upgrade. TA is located in a central and prestigious part of Kacyiru, Kigali. The check in process with the concierge was smooth, the facilities i.e., onsite security, pool, restaurant and gym are great. The double level condo is spacious, with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with laundry, home office, living and dining rooms with large size tvs, wifi, comfortable beds in the two bedrooms, house keeping service, plus outdoor seating and dining areas with picturesque views of Kigali from multiple parts of the house. Prior to, and throughout my stay, Paul, Lisa and Jeremy were very responsive. Ultimately, I had a pleasant, peaceful and positive experience - hosted by Paul.
