Excellent hosts. Lovely home in a great location. Would highly recommend Kevin's if staying in the area.

Mary is an amazing host. She goes way above average. Best stocked Airbnb we've ever stayed. Well stocked larder even a lovely selection of breakfast cereals. Immediately responsive before and after our arrival. Home is exactly like the photo. Spotless clean. Perfect walking distance to the town although it is up a steep enough hill going back up. Shop right next door for essentials. Lovely back garden. Summer would be fabulous there. Nice drive to Kilkenny city. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Eight of us booked a weekend (6th to 8th dec) at Marie's place. Gretta met us at the house when we arrived (she is lovely). We were to stay 2 nights but unfortunately the storm that weekend had other ideas and we only stayed one night as the power went. We could still cook breakfast as the hob in the kitchen is gas. We were all disappointed as the house is fabulous and had such a lovely first night. The house is so big and has everything you need. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite which is handy when so many people stay. They are also putting in a patio which will be perfect when the weather is good. Will definitely stay again.

No 16, was the perfect location to experience Kilkenny, the house itself was full of surprises, historical and beautifully presented. Our hosts were amazing and very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Quel endroit et quelle maison magnifiques ! Kevin nous a accueillis très chaleureusement avec de délicieux scones maison. Il nous a indiqué d'excellentes adresses pour manger. Nous avons aussi eu la joie d'assister au concert de sa chorale dynamique et enthousiaste lors de la St Patrick. Superbe ! Sinon, ce logement est idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre de Kilkenny, une petite ville accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous espérons revenir chez Kevin lors d'un prochain voyage en Irlande. Chaleureux merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel !

Superbe logement avec un environnement paisible. Noeleen a été très accueillante et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le logement est magnifique, très paisible, propre et accueillant. Nous avions de quoi faire un feu et de quoi nous faire un très bon petit déjeuné. Le linge de lit sentait extrêmement bon et la literie était incroyablement confortable, nous avons super bien dormis. Nous recommandons à 100% 😁

Stayed for 2 nights as a family - the location was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to find and very safe, kids could play outside. We used the hotel leisure facilities , went for a walk on the beach, and overall just explored and relaxed. Keira's place was very homely and we ended up having dinner there rather than going to a restaurant as it was so comfortable. Will stay again, thanks Keira !

Thanks very much to Eoin for sharing his house which is just minutes walking distance to Kilkenny’s major places. We really enjoyed our stay and found everything to be very comfortable and easy to use. The garden is a delight. Many thanks to Paul for taking great care of us and being so patient, most kind and very helpful, especially when we lost our way driving into town. Paul was always immediately available to answer questions and provide great information. We look forward to coming back again and highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a place with great character and a a sense of history.

JJ Place is perfect for a nice get away, ideally located close to Rathdowney, place was cosy, JJ had food in fridge and loads of other bits n bobs to get us started. it was immaculate clean and a lovely stove to keep us warm. full of turf and basket full also.

from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. loved the farm setting with the animals! quiet and peaceful. house was cozy and warm. a little outside the city but a very quick and easy drive to downtown and everything you want to see.

Pat is a wonderful host. He met us when we pulled up & walked us through the house. And what a great house! It’s a close drive to Kilkenny. The place is so comfortable with a retro vibe. We loved it. The beds were comfortable & the room was quiet. Definitely wanting to stay again.
