The place has a very small & cute garden. Peaceful, quiet area convinient for small families. Also free parking is very great. Evgenia and her daughter are very proactive, friendly and reachable. They answered all of our questions, provide the missing little stuff such as duvet cover etc.. Thank you for everything. I’d give this place a solid 8/10

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Alloggio molto spazioso confortevole e particolarmente raffinato. Molto ben attrezzato non mancava nulla. Silenzioso, pulito e ordinato, riscaldamento e acqua calda ottimali. Che dire? Da tenere in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio a Salonicco.

Good news for motorcycle travelers - there is safe parking in the yard. The apartments are many times better than in the photo, very clean, everything is in pleasant, calm colors. There was a very pleasant smell in every room, as well as on the linen and towels. Excellent air conditioning and hot water in the shower. The kitchen has everything, we prepared food, everything is clean, comfortable, all the utensils are available. Comfortable bed, quiet area, so we had a good night's sleep. A very important detail is that there are nets on the windows. Sunny balcony with beautiful views of the well-kept garden. There are decent supermarkets in the area, and the center is 7 minutes by taxi. The owner is in touch via messenger and always helped, a very friendly and pleasant girl. с помощью камеры. Die Wohnung ist wie im Text und in den Fotos dargestellt. Sie ist super geschnitten , hat mehrere Balkone und war blitzsauber. Sehr toll sind eben die 3 Schlafzimmer, damit jeder sein Reich hat. Die Lage ist Extraklasse, direkt am Markt und im Zentrum. Die neue Metro liegt genau bei der Wohnung und man kommt somit super und günstig zum Flughafen. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier! Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man für ein Wochenende in Thessaloniki braucht. Für 6 Leute war definitiv ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe und auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen!

An amazing apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. The location is unbeatable very central but also quiet. The view from the terrace is exceptional a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or a drink. Large space great design with all the amenities you might need. Elina is an excellent host always responsive, kind and super sweet. A highly recommended stay. 5 star!!! Thank you.

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα! Καθαρό κ προσεγμένο. Η Ελένη σαν οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική. Άμεσα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή διευκρίνιση χρειάστηκε. Μας διευκόλυνε με την ώρα άφιξης Κ ώρα αναχώρησης για την εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών μας , κάτι που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ όταν ξανά επισκεφτούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη θα είναι πρώτο στις επιλογές μας😁😄

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Βρίσκεις κ εύκολα να παρκάρεις έξω από το σπίτι. Θα είναι σίγουρα στις προτιμήσεις μου σε περίπτωση που ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

A super cosy and well equipped aparment in the middle of everything. And yet, set in a very quiet place. I really liked staying at Dimitri's place. The beds were comfortable, the living room fully equipped with entertainment options, the place even had a super nice studio from where one could work! And the apartment also has a superb terrace that is fantastic for chilling after a whole day out exploring Thessaloniki. I really recommend's Dimitri's apartment, and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Always super responsive and full of suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. Great choice!

Zentral gelegen Unterkunft. Super geeignet um Thessaloniki zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten.

A clean and modern studio with a functional design and thoughtful pleasant aesthetic. The linens and bedding were comfortable and like new. The kitchen has all the basics and bathroom is updated with plenty of hot water. Fast WiFi and good heating (it was cold when I visited). The studio is also very quiet which is nice given that Thessaloniki is a busy city. I was in the city visiting the university so the location right near the athletic stadium was ideal. It was a short ten minute walk to campus and five minutes to the beautiful new metro station. There are good coffee places and bakeries within five minutes. I chose this place also for the easy parking since I was driving. There is a lot of street parking and an easily accessible parking lot at the track across the street. There is more parking after three, when people start to go home from work. Is a short drive to the city’s ring road so you can avoid driving downtown. Overall a delightful apartment and Andreas is a great host.

Veranda Residence was just perfect for our trip to visit family in Thessaloniki and to go sightseeing. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with all essentials & has a great central location. The check in was very easy as the instructions were very detailed and clear. We particularly loved the balcony space! The location was perfect, so close to everything and lots of great cafes and restaurants. Will highly recommend and I would come back again.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κάλο σε καλή τοποθεσία με μόλις 10-12 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με ευκολία μετακίνησης με πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείων σε απόσταση μόλις 50 μέτρα έχει στάση. Επίσης και με αυτοκίνητο είναι εύκολο το να φύγει κανείς χωρίς κίνηση. Απόλυτη ησυχία και η Σίνδος έχει τα πάντα. Από καφέ εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα το κλείσω ξανά.

Natalia and her place are everything you could ever ask for! For starters, she was very nice, hospitable, and always available for us, ready to give recommendations, advice, or anything else we needed. The apartment looks just like the pictures and has everything you might need. Loved the terrace and the small notes placed around the apartment indicating additional essentials for travelers. Plus, the location is perfect - close to all the main areas in Thessaloniki & just a few steps from Tsimiski Street and the seaside boulevard. Loved this stay and will definitely come back!

Die Apartment ist sehr schön, die Aussicht von der Terrasse in alle Richtungen ist unglaublich ( zu jeder Tageszeit - ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends leckeren griechischen Wein genießen). Die Umgebung ist sehr toll!! In 100 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine sehr schöne Promenade am Meer zum gemütlichen Wandeln. Auch das Zentrum ist über diesen Weg kurzweilig und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist ein Start in den Tag in der kleinen aber feinen Bäckerei gegenüber. Hier gibt es nicht nur leckeren Kaffee mit den dazugehörigem Naschwerk sondern auch ein liebevolles, stets gut gelauntes Pärchen (Tasos und Georgia). Unsere Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar für kleine Hilfen im Urlaubsalltag. Das war sehr angenehm/ nichts kann gute Hilfe vor Ort ersetzen.
