So thankful for Deanna for hosting our group! We had a very large family group and the space accommodated us perfectly. Deanna is an excellent host and knows a lot about the area, she made our stay even better.

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

Cozy cabin only a few minutes away from Ellicottville ! It was perfect for our family, children and fur babe! The bunk beds were a huge hit. Sally also made the most cozy touches. Would 100% stay again!

It was everything we were looking for. Was in town for a wedding, but I would like to come back to vacation! It was a great place, cozy! A gorgeous little jewel!

Beautiful home. Michael was a wonderful host and very responsive. Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. Our family loved skiing at holiday valley and 9 of us were quite comfortable in this home. The view from the living room was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked.

This BNB is a good taste of the simple life. It is a cute old farm house. My husband and I used this house as a base camp to explore Ellicottville and it was perfect! Only about 15 minute drive to town, and it's quite a pretty drive. The Japanese Soaking tub was perfect to relax our muscles after a long day. Just don't be dumb and forget to bring soap to wash up before getting in like my husband and I since they did not have any available lol. This property has 3 full baths which would be very convenient for a family staying there, and or just nice for a couple to have multiple options. I would definitely go back!

We are local to Warren and we were supposed to have family come from out of town. They couldn’t make it due to weather, but we decided to stay anyway for something fun to do. My kids and I had fun playing games, watching movies and snuggling. Nancy even opened an extra bedroom to accommodate us. We really enjoyed quality time together in this peaceful space!
