My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

One of the very best rental properties we have ever stayed at. Well maintained, incredibly well stocked and a kitchen setup ideal for cooking and entertaining. We had three couples plus a couple of children along and the house felt spacious for the numbers. It was an easy drive to the local nordic ski areas of Sawmill Creek and Sauble Cross Country. Had a great time at both and super friendly people!

What a great place. This place is gorgeous. It was spotless and clean, the bedrooms were made up and so pretty. There was so much space. This place is right by the water, just a short walk down the trail to a boat launch. Hot tub was a great bonus. Wifi worked great. Great recommendations for local restaurants and breweries. We found a great little brewery in Midland that I can wait to return to. I would book this place again in a heart beat

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

I had a fantastic stay this past weekend! The property was spacious, fun, and offered excellent amenities that made our visit truly enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly accommodating and always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

We had a great time at Patrick’s cottage, the location is great, within walking distance from the beach, it’s exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Bryan and Pam have been amazing hosts. Our booking was close to being cancelled due to the aftermath of the storm that hit Muskoka and southern Ontario and took power out for most of cottage country. Bryan kept us updated on the power repairs and we were ecstatic that we didn’t have to cancel. We were also so pleasantly surprised to find the place in such great condition despite the havoc from the storm - it was completely cleaned and cleared before we arrived. The cottage itself is on Lake Muskoka and is a fantastic space - directly facing the lake with great views from indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was ample room for the family and our dogs. Loved it and would visit again!

I highly recommend Matt’s place! Comfortable, clean cottage with a beautiful patio and view of the lake. Even though it was pretty cold and windy, the house was very warm! Super close to Tobermory and Bruce Peninsula Park! Matt was a friendly and helpful host!

What a beautiful and enchanted escape. The hot tub was well maintained and a new sauna looked into the wooded backyard . We felt cosy and at home as soon as we arrived, especially after lighting the woodstove. Loved that everything was so clean. Bed was ultra comfortable and nice linens. The sunroom was a nice space and we were able to spend a bit of time in there despite the weather. Unfortunately it was the weekend of the ice storm so not as full a stay as we hoped but still got to do some hiking in the area and the views of everything encased in ice were spectacular. There is a lake at the end of the road, nice view and calm. Would recommend.

My family and I had an absolutely relaxing stay at Vanessa’s cabin ! From the moment I booked, the communication was so seamless. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and very accommodating especially during the beginning of our trip when we first checked in. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning; the view of the frozen lake made waking up in the morning feel very magical (especially with all the snow fall we received those days). I also appreciated the thoughtful touches Vanessa added to our trip such as having firewood ready for us to use and shovelling the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. I felt so at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to definitely come back! Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip so memorable!

We enjoyed our short stay and was thankful to be able to bring our dog. Beautiful views from the dock.

10/5 stars. no way I could say enough about Ediz's place. Everything was explained in good detail. The place was spotless. The hot tub was perfect. Someone came around to clear the snow. The kitchen was well stocked and even had the amenities you need to cook a proper meal. No detail was overlooked. And our comfort was a priority. Our time there was peaceful and comfortable. Thank you so much Ediz. We hope to return!!

Had the best time at Matthew’s cottage. Loved the private hiking trails, the sauna, hanging out in the screened in room at night, view right from the deck, lots of space inside. Matthew is super helpful, & responsive. Such a unique & private setting (we & the kids especially loved the little water crossing from the car to the cottage, made it feel like we couldn’t go anywhere and had to “unwind from the hustle of everyday life”, but in reality such a short distance we could go back to the car whenever needed) . We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting our family Matthew!

We booked under the general listing (Having not realized that there were more specific ones) so Dan was kind enough to choose a cottage based on what he believed would be appropriate for the temperatures and time of year. And when we met down in the driveway upon arrival, he was immediately very friendly and we had a great conversation, and he directed us up to our cabin which was an excellent choice, beautiful view of the lake, nice amount of shade, beautiful inside (looked like it had recently had some updates as well), very clean, and very well-appointed - full amenities, very comfortable space…more like a home than a cottage. Had a lovely conversation with Pam while we were checking out. We greatly enjoyed our experience and hope to return next year!

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. Thanks Miguel for your clear communications and your helpful suggestions. We had a blast!

What a wonderful stay this was! The place was clean and tidy, with an amazing and private view of the lake. Host was responsive to questions, I would definitely recommend!

This cottage is very charming and homey. Our kids loved the second floor bedrooms. The kitchen is remarkably well furnished. If you have kids then you could teach them how to use a woodstove (as noted by our youngest son). The second you walk in, you feel like you've been there for ages, and it reminds you of childhood Summers and other loved cottages.

Love the place. Beautiful, clean, calm and comfy. I went there eith my wife, toddler, and another family of 4, and a friend. Everyone enjoyed this cottage stay. For most of us, this is our first time staying at a cottage. We're lucky our first was such a great one. Susan and Peter were such great hosts. He even offered us to get in the boat showed us around islands and river. We went all the way to Recollet Falls. We were also lucky enough to see up close the fox that visits the cottage almost morning. The boat ride and the fox were the best moments of the whole stay for sure. Recommended 100%
