We’ve stayed at Mike’s place several times over the years and never had a bad stay. The loft is a perfect peaceful setting that is close to amenities but also has the setup that you don’t need to leave if you want the night in.

Jeff and Linda were amazing! So sweet and courteous. I felt right at home.

Great spot right in the middle of town! We came for the NCAA tourney and it was literally a two-block walk to CPA. Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars nearby and very convenient that it’s across the street from Met Market. I agree that having a car while staying here isn’t the best idea if you can avoid it. 100% will stay again at this place next time we’re in town for an event.

This will be our place to stay every time I come back to Seattle. Between the price, location, and amenities, I highly recommend this to everyone. Plus the hosts are extremely responsive and great communicators.

We were fortunate to stay at Debbie’s while caring for a family member having surgery at UW. Debbie was extremely flexible, attentive, and supportive while we were going through a very stressful time. We could easily walk to and from the hospital. I felt very safe walking alone back and forth. It also had access to plenty of beautiful walking paths. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend!! Also, their cat was an excellent door greeter!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this place was fantastic! We have 2 kids ages 5-7 and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms were great, the common area was large enough to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped. There’s an Amazon Fresh, Walgreens, bus stops, several very nice playgrounds and a gorgeous coffee shop all within a 10 minute walk which made everything so easy, especially with kids. Will definitely be back when we come back to Seattle to visit family! Thank you!!

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Although the hosts lived upstairs, they did not intrude, remaining available but considerate of our privacy.

Diana and Bill were incredible! Their place is so cute, cozy, and the perfect location in the Seattle area. We stayed for 4 nights and did not want to leave. My bf and I absolutely fell in love with their cats Archer & Loki. One of the evenings we sat outside with the cats & chickens with Diana & Bill and they are a gem of humans. We love them and could talk to them for hours! The place was so clean & had everything you could possibly need and want. Such a nice touch to have fresh eggs that were amazing btw! We will most definitely be back to stay with them on our next trip to the Seattle area. Thank you Diana and Bill for making us feel right at home!

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

Great overall, clean great location close to northgate station - but (not the hosts fault) beware that the city’s taxes and fees add a lot to your total stay!

Tim’s place is amazing, it’s not too big and not too small for two people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Seattle area.

Very easy instructions to follow for check in, the place was clean when I got there, and it was a nice distance between downtown and the airport! Perfect for the few days I was there!

the place was great for a couple. Close to the Tacoma Dome. Brooke was a great host and very quick to respond. the apartment was a nice little place the walls were a little thin but everything was great.

After not being able to get in and showing up from across the country I was forced to cancel because I couldn't get in. it was also listed as having parking, being a walkable area and close things, additionally it's alsoisted as having the entire place to yourself. You don't your in the basement of a house and you show up and you're immediately made uncomfortable by the neighborhood and having to be greeted with constructioion happening in the other next door and children's toys after you are dropped out in the backyard which is incredibly uncomfortable after that and not being able to get in I canceled and ate the money and went to hotel not mention the excessive rules and messages that made me feel very unwelcome

I moved to Seattle recently and stayed at Katya and Lee’s home while settling in. I could not have been happier with this decision, and felt right at home during my stay. Katya was highly responsive throughout my booking process and stay, and checked in with me to ensure everything went well. I also had to adjust my booking dates at one point, and she was very understanding and supportive. Her home is exactly as described and offered everything I needed (and more) for a comfortable stay—from her fully equipped kitchen, to the heated bathroom floors, to the memory foam bed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident. The residential area was also peaceful, safe, and walkable. For anyone in search of a cozy and well-equipped home to stay in, look no further. I would happily recommend Katya’s to my friends/family, and would be delighted to stay again!

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, an above garage place. The stairs were easy to climb. Mike responded quickly to my questions and he had instructions throughout the house. The view was great, located in a forest. Thanks, Mike, for the great accommodations. I hope Mike signs up with another company, as I will not be using Airbnb in the future.

Such a beautiful view, great space with everything you could need. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and inviting. The host Jeremy was very easy to contact and responded very quick. We loved our stay!! Thank you so much for the getaway.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking down to the downtown area and everything was super clean and easy to check in. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring. Would absolutely stay again!

The Oasis Stay was everything we wanted in a downtown location. The two story condo was amazing. The views of the Puget Sound from all rooms were beautiful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property. The host was very nice, quick to respond and provided thorough instructions.

Great location! It's very close to everything you want to see in Seattle; the pier, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, etc.

Awesome stay in a nice quiet residential area. Very easy to get around town from there also. We felt very at home and cozy in Kevin’s place. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!

Sarah’s place was beautiful and exceptionally clean! Property was exactly as stated in the listing and is in a very safe and walkable area. We had all the privacy needed and every amenity you could think of was available for an easy stay. Sarah was always responsive and answered any questions we had timely. Would definitely stay here again!
