What an amazing stay we had at Regina & Bo's air bnb. For starters the most important thing to me is cleanliness because I'm a clean freak- but rest assured this listing is pristine. Everything is so well maintained and up kept, it's amazing. The home itself felt very cozy and comfortable which was great. The location was perfect as well, it was so close to downtown where there was so much to do and explore. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again if I'm in this area. Thank you Regina & Bo!

A wonderful stay. Felt right at home. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Comfortable bed and nice walkable neighborhood.

Bring very close to the light rail station was super convenient. a couple really good restaurants near the home. great spot!

The place was great and had everything you needed for a tiny space. Beautiful surroundings outside too.

Ken and Evie’s home was as described and they were very communicative and detail oriented with instructions. Although they lived above the guest suite, you could hardly hear anything other than foot steps sometimes, and we really appreciated the amount of privacy they gave us. Beautiful view of the mountains as well! If we come back to Seattle we definitely would consider staying with them again.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Overall we had a great time at Dustin’s Airbnb. The location was great for exploring, and we really appreciated being able to come back and soak in the jacuzzi after walking all day. We would definitely return!

Dan was a great host for our one night get away near the city! The hot tub feature was a great ending to a night after walking around the city. The light link rail stations are close by and made it easy to get into downtown. The space itself was spotless and the bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again and if you are here for longer they have a kitchen area, with all the utensils you’d need. Including a hot plate!

I stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time!! The hot tub was marvelous after long hours of working or sight seeing. The space has everything I needed and extra details that really made it top notch like laundry baskets and tupperware. There were even robes for the hot tub! I 1000% will be staying here again!

Beautiful location, really quiet and easy to walk around. The place is clean and comfortable ❤️ The sauna made the whole difference and help you to relax 🌀✨ really recommend

Great communication, great location, and a really comfortable and special space to stay. I loved the upstairs bedroom with a view of the sound and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is the bottom floor - all private - of a home, but we never, NEVER heard anyone upstairs. The neighborhood is classic Seattle, the view of the water is beautiful, and it is pretty close to the things and places we wished to visit. It is more expensive than what I normally pay for a 1-bath, 2-bed home, but this is Seattle, so expect everything to be more expensive. The living /dining/kitchen has an open floor place, with windows all around, so it is a very comfortable place to hang with family and friends. We needed some more bathroom supplies, so I texted Tiffany, who had her daughter deliver them within 10 minutes. Very good communication!

Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

Dana was incredibly kind and communicative! We knew exactly how to find the loft, where to park and she made it simple to check in. It was very nice to stay in someone’s home rather than the locations claiming you are staying in someone’s home (if you’ve been Air bnb’ing for any length of time, you know what I’m referring to). It was a very cozy loft with everything needed and added extra sweet touches. Arriving to a welcome note was a lovely surprise! We will definitely be back if it’s available the next time we visit our family.

Enjoyed my stay at Claire’s place for the week. Nice and quiet neighborhood and the place very nice! Will come another time

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Such a cute spot, easy to find and felt so secure as a female staying alone!

Tom is one of the rare people that put their sincere effort into everything, including everything related to my stay. From the moment I booked I received a thorough e-mail containing everything I might have questions about: detailed navigation instructions, house etiquette, how-to-everything the rental. On the first day, I hard a hard time turning on the heater, and Tom personally came down to help me out, and didn’t leave until we had the heater fixed up and running-I did not expect that kind of attention, and I very much appreciate it! Throughout the stay, Tom was readily available by text, but otherwise out of the way of the property. Throughout my 1+ month stay, I only recall seeing him once in or around the yard. As for the property-it’s a great little open 1-bed, the furniture is in great condition, the linens are spotless, and everything was very clean when I arrived-I could not pick out any dust or dirt. Do be mindful that the bef mattress is **soft**, so plan accordingly.

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Basic accommodations in a quiet Seattle neighborhood. Makes a great jumping off point for exploring Seattle and visiting family. This was the second time we booked Dickie’s Airbnb around the holiday season and both trips were very pleasant! We look forward to staying again!
