We had six guests visiting family in the area. The house fit us perfectly. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms provided necessary privacy. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were big enough for us to gather comfortably.

This house was perfect for our needs. Are dogs were right at home and the kids enjoyed it as well. It was a great touch having some board games to help with the downtime (weather wasn’t the greatest). This location is perfect. Quiet little neighborhood that backs up to a shopping center with everything you could possibly need.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

This place is so amazing! Only stayed for a night but could have stayed longer. Wait until you check out the stairs!

This is one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed all over the world in dozens and dozens of places. It is one of those places that deserves more than 5 stars because it truly goes above and beyond! We visited for a long weekend with our two kids, ages 4 and 1. Despite being absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, I also felt like it was remarkably kid-friendly (just watch the steep stairs if you're coming with littles!). We used all three beds and they were all very comfortable -- the linens and pillows were comparable to staying in a luxury hotel! Being a history buff, I loved the historical aspect of the home--I loved standing in the front window and imaging what the world looked like when it was built! The area around the AirBnB is equally perfect -- beautiful homes, great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and cute shops all within a 5-10 minute walk. 15-20 min to all the important sites and downtown Wilmington is a 30 min drive. Perfect!!

This is our second time staying at this house. The location can't be beat. My family and I always felt very safe, the area is walkable for terrific restaurants. The private parking is a wonderful addition. Stephen and Kyra are great to work with. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Great location and host

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

This property is exactly as described, the hosts are friendly and responsive and very accommodating. I honestly cant wait to go back during the summer and early fall - to utilize the back patio it looks like itnwould be an amazing place to just hang out with a glass of wine and the sounds of nature. I saw the cute friendly dog everyone talks about only twice during my week stay but he is just as described by others. I arrived during a snow storm and it was a bit of a challenge to make it up the hill - but made do - it was all part of the adventure. And finally- 😂 im pretty sure Bigfoot came to say hi in the middle of the night 2 of the nights because the back porch motion light would come on between 2 and 3am i looked but never saw anything - Pennsylvania has Bigfoot right ? if not it was probably a raccoon.. i never went outside to look. 😂

Our stay at Heidi’s charming cottage was wonderful! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat, yet it was still close to local attractions including Peddler's village - which was nice with our dog. Heidi was a thoughtful​, responsive and accommodating host. She made our anniversary weekend stay extra special! Highly recommend

We had such an amazing time. The house was beautifully done, well kept and had everything you'd need. The location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We had a great time visiting family in the area and checking out all the local happenings. Would definitely book again for our next family reunion.

Stephanie’s place was very quaint and quiet, with a cozy room that was perfect for our short stay. Everything was as described and we had no trouble reaching out to our hosts for any questions. Our weekend schedule was action packed, and didn’t really allow us much time to actually spend in the room, but if you’re a single/couple staying for an extended weekend you will have a very nice place to stay and relax. The value for the price was good despite not using the room much, and the yard is perfect for travelers with a dog. We didn’t require much from Stephanie but your stay might be different and she responded quickly and was very easygoing.

As return guests, we always choose Lana’s home. Lana is an excellent host. House is welcoming and comfortable. Set up is perfect for us. Close to everything we need. Recent renovations are lovely as well. Lana has so many at-home amenities; it’s very special ( tissues, coffee pods, creamer/sugar) lots of charming touches throughout. It is expensive but it’s hard to find a place that’s perfect, and Lana’s place is that for us:)

wonderful apartment for our group of 4! had more amenities provided than typical airbnbs, host is very responsive and friendly providing clear instructions on how to get inside. parking was easy to manage and free which was a plus.

Kim place was awesome, from description to recommendation to the T…lovable and comfortable place. My family and I were very happy, rooms are very comfortable, quite neighborhood. we were there for a surprise party for a family member and it was our hideout until the party, since she wasn’t expecting to see us in there. Close to restaurant and mall. Near to highway. It did snow, and to our surprise, drive way was cleaned…We would go back anytime, and I also recommend this place…

Jacob was super responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. He was an outstanding host. Location was perfect- an easy walk to the center of Lambertville and Newtown Hope. Everything was clean, much of the home was newly renovated, plenty of towels, comfy beds.
