We didn’t want to leave this place! Exploring Bruny island was great but staying here was all we needed. Perfect for a little family, fantastic amenities, so charming and comfortable, had everything we needed, the outdoor bath and fire pit was awesome. I recommend! Just be aware that there is a steep unsealed driveway to get to the house. If you have a very small or not so great car, just be aware that you might need a run up to the property to make it (we did that and it was absolutely fine, and getting down is no issue)

Kim's place is very clean, cozy and has all the amenities that we need for our stay. The view from the living room is a bonus. Highly recommend to other fellow travellers!

Like a home from home and more like a retreat than a holiday home. The garden is an added attraction given the range and scope of the plants and the visiting wild life. Good location with excellent hosts who were very welcoming and readily available and responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Stunning views, tranquil surrounds, lots of space, fully stocked pantry and kitchen. Loved the wildlife. Stephen is a great host and communicated promptly. Easy access to Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart surrounds. Would gladly stay again!

Rebecca is a wonderful host who responds promptly. The place is beautifully decorated with a warm ambiance and surrounded by nature; you might even see wallabies hopping in the courtyard! It's extremely suitable for families with children, as there are plenty of toys and activities. The kitchen is well-equipped. Thank you, Rebecca, for the eggs, croissants, and jam you provided.

Michelle was extremely helpful and welcoming. I had a few questions before arriving and she answered promptly and with care. It was like a home away from home - a slice of paradise. Thanks for having us for a one night stay.

Walking into Vicki and Gary's place you immediately feel at home and very comfortable. The convenient location is a huge plus, with Giddy Up café and the Sandy Bay main strip within walking distance, providing access to anything you could need. The modern, cottage style house and courtyard are perfect too. Would recommend staying here and would love to come back myself!

Fabulous maintained walking tracks nearby, restaurant across the road serving great takeaway coffee, a very comfortable stay in a magnificent location amongst the bush.

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

To say my time at Gabi's Airbnb was exceptional would be an understatement. Her studio was perfect for a 6-week sabbatical - and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to do a long (or short) term stay. Gabi and her family were extremely gracious, responsive, helpful, and hospitable. The space was clean, private, and exactly as described on the listing. Hope I can return again in the future!

Tom's place was perfect for me and I was very glad I'd chosen to stay there. It provided a peaceful, quiet retreat in leafy bush setting, whilst very convenient for The Colour Circle up the road in Mount Nelson where I was attending art workshops. The driveway is steep, and I chose to park up the road and walk down. I was happy with that decision! It suited me ... though I'm sure other visitors would be fine with driving the gradient, and there is ample parking space at Tom's house. Tom himself is charming and friendly; he could not have been more helpful with everything, offering to carry my bags or to do anything to make my stay excellent. Meanwhile I enjoyed my private, quiet space in the airbnb, with a super bed (always important), fine cotton sheets, large screened windows and door for fresh tree air, a nice bathroom/shower and generous provisions to sample! Altogether recommended, and I'm sure I'll be back!

Another perfect stay at this beautiful and tranquil Airbnb tucked under Kunanyi/ Mt Wellington . Surrounded by bushland yet not far by car to Hobart city. We loved the use of recycled timber and the design and build really allow you to appreciate the surroundings. Quality linen and thoughtfully provisioned . (Worth paying for the PigeonHole sourdough and a bottle of Kate Hill Pinot Noir . )Anja was very helpful with great advice about things to do .

This place is amazing!! So beautifuly decorated with many personal touches and delicious home-made treats. Everything about it is spot on and in a beautiful, tranquil, country setting. Hosts are super friendly - we enjoyed our chats & walks through the gardens. Can highly recommend it... we hope to be back!

Jenny and Tony were great hosts. The studio apartment was perfect for my needs as I was visiting my elderly mother who was staying close by at Guildford Young Grove. The apartment was comfortable, warm and friendly hosts. Plus The Hill Street Grocer is just down the road. The breakfast and parking were an added bonus.

Coralie and Costa are great hosts - the apartment was comfy and incredibly well stocked with food and goodies. They are very attuned to what visitors want (games and library too) and it was a pleasure to stay. Fabulous views too.

Such a splendid little sanctuary! Close enough to Hobart and the Huon Valley & Channel regions, it made a great base to explore the areas from. The place itself is extremely comfortable. Meticulously clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, and being surrounded by greenery is calming. An absolute delight of a place. Barbara and Peter are a lovely, warm couple who made me feel right at home. I got all the peace and privacy I needed before setting off to my next destination. Thank you both again!

Bee’s guest suite is a real delight - comfortable and cosy with so many thoughtful touches and delicious cake on arrival. Situated right on a beautiful piece of the coast, there are lovely walks and spectacular beaches within a short drive and it’s only an hour from Hobart - what could be better?

We had a wonderful stay at Donna's place! The bedroom was really nice and the view absolutely breathtaking. Donna was really reactive and helpful whenever we needed something. Thank you for having us, we will miss April🐶! Amélie & Liku

Donna is a great host! The accommodation is superb, the views over the Derwent estuary just beautiful. Donna was available to chat to, and yet we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous setting, comfortable room. Host very accommodating able to provide space for extra visitor at last moment. Mark also generous in offering helpful info just when we most needed it. Very friendly, homely stay.
