The house was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. The two upstairs bedrooms have incredible views. I really liked the sunken living area and kitchen. The patio was private and ideal for simply sitting, relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. The turbo chooks and wallabies running and hopping around were a bonus. The seaside is only a stone throw away. The driveway down to the garage is a bit steep for a low sitting car but doable. No problem for an SUV. All in all a really great house I’d recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Priscilla’s wonderful home. Stunning setting and such a warm, comfortable environment. It’s the perfect place to stay with kids - my little ones had a ball! We loved the bush setting which was then just an easy drive to Cygnet and on to the rest of the Huon Valley. I kept saying to my partner that this place felt like the best version of airbnb. The personal care and connection Priscilla offers via this space is fantastic. Would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic family weekend away at Erica's property. What a stunning location! The kids pretty much spent the whole weekend on the beach and the kayaks was an extra bit of fun. We spent every night relaxing around the fire pit on the deck. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again at some point.

A nice and peaceful location, easy to drive around to other areas such as the Bruny Island Ferry or over to Huon. The place was clean, spacious, exactly as described, and communication with the host was prompt. The best part was the fresh breakfast ingredients provided to make a delish omelette in the morning! Also walking distance to the Peppermint Bay restaurant which was lovely.

Perfect spot to stay for all things south east. Easy day trips to Bruny, Huon, Hobart and beyond. Quirky feel, plenty of space, great shower and bath and friendly pets to sweeten the deal if you’d like visits. Steep driveway but easily accommodated our small suv.

What a beautiful, welcoming place to come to after a sad event. Ben had the house ready early so we could pop in and gather ourselves before we went on to my friend's Memorial. The house is simple, but dramatic, the views from the balcony gorgeous. The beds were spotless and comfortable and we welcomed the chance to curl up in front of the fire and enjoy the quiet. The bathroom, with its spa and thick fluffy towels and ample places to put stuff was a treat. And the breakfast! It surpassed our expectations. Including the ample fresh milk for cereal and cups of tea and coffee and fresh bread ready when we arrived. We also loved the extra supplies available for purchase. We would suggest a gentle light in the kitchen area for people like me who like to make a middle of the night cuppa. Oh, and instructions for luddites who don't know how to use an induction hotplate. All in all a beautiful and thoughtfully appointed retreat. Thank you Ben.

Pam was extremely flexible as we arrived late and left early. She was there to make sure everything was OK. Amazingly clean area with everything you need. Highly recommended.
