as always, Michelle's place comes through. this is our second time at RTS and felt like we were right at home. If you need peace and quiet and the sound of nothing and the best sky to view at night, this is where you come. enjoy a campfire outside under the stars. RTS is a great value and a hidden gem amongst Kingman to Flagstaff. be sure to walk up the hill and enjoy the sunset, just be careful for snakes as it's that time of year. If you have your pups they will love the outdoors and the free range that they can have to play and explore. Our two dogs absolutely love coming here and they always know when we come here as soon as we hit the dirt road.

Lisa's place was a peaceful oasis during a busy visit. When you first enter you feel like you are home. She provides so many creature comforts that are sometimes lacking. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear, that making meals was a breeze. Thoughtfulness like tissues strategically placed, snuggly throw blankets for cool evenings, and the overall decor made this trip stress free. The response time from Lisa and Beverly never lagged and I had answers immediately. As for the location, loved it. We were just far enough away from the city to have quiet nights on the patio, yet close enough to pop in the car and get to town within 15 minutes. I loved my daily walks through the different neighborhoods and the calmness of them. I would definitely refer this home to anyone wanting a restful, beautiful place to stay during a visit to Kingman AZ.

Amazing place! Such a wonderful place in the mountains with tons of wildlife! We have such a great stay. Very clean, linens top notch, bed was so comfortable. Everything about the place was great, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Krystal was very quick to respond. We loved it!

Ron and Sally's Beach Bungalow is extremely cute and perfect for 2 people. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find and use. Entering and exiting the home was super easy and felt safe. We enjoyed the beautiful bathtub and cozy environment. Great job on the decor, too! Can't wait to come for another visit.

Michael and Joanna are great hosts. quick to answer question. the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Awesome Oasis, we plan to make this Airbnb our go to place when visiting family in the area.

Such a great spot! The caboose was super cozy, I got a little chilly during the night and turned on the electric fireplace and it warmed right up and listening to the wind outside while I was in there was great. Bathroom was a 30-45 second walk from the caboose. I love unique spots like this!

is the second time that I stay here and the place is as flawless as first time. the neighborhood is good and has easy access to main roads. The communication with the host is good, always pending of the needing of the guests

My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the house! we had fires every night and made a big brunch and had all the equipment in the kitchen we needed. We went to the local park on the mountain and tried our hand at disc golf which was pretty funny but the course was gorgeous. I accidentally broke the microwave and Chad was understanding about it and had really good communication.

Nomey was very helpful and the place felt like home. Thank you for the hospitality. I appreciate it very much.
