Amazing place! Such a wonderful place in the mountains with tons of wildlife! We have such a great stay. Very clean, linens top notch, bed was so comfortable. Everything about the place was great, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Krystal was very quick to respond. We loved it!

Loved the cottage. Very cute and beachy! Well stocked and equipped. The fresh eggs were great and the chickens made us smile with their greeting when we came and went. Communication was terrific, hosts responded quickly and were always helpful. Would definitely recommend. Big bang for your bucks!

The house is amazing and the host is awesome! This house has a great location and a great neighborhood. We got to visit Oakman and took our motorcycle and it was the most beautiful ride I’ve ever been on! Then we went to Bullhead city and the Colorado river with the mountains is breathtaking! The house location is out of the way of traffic But so close to town it’s unbelievable! I would definitely recommend this rental!

It was a pleasure to stay at John's house. We rented it for a whole month while we moved to Kingman. It was a big help to have a home base while looking for a home, and getting it ready for move in. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also our dogs loved it there and the owners have 2 dog doors in the house! It was just my husband and I, but I would highly reccomended this house for a large family or group, plenty of room.

Saffron's Gold House was exactly as described in the listing and earns FIVE STARS!!! *Home was very clean and bright *The only thing we had to bring was food *Yard was well kept, the hot tub was clean and ready to use, and excellent after a long day of motocross racing *The Pac-Man video game finally allowed me to beat our 14-year-old grandson at a video game! *Everyone was happy with the accommodations *Being able to utilize the garage for our motorcycle and car with all our gear gave us peace of mind to know it was safe *Check-in was easy, and the directions to the house were spot on *The neighborhood is quiet and little traffic *A house manual with excellent suggestions for things to do and where to eat, along with a goodie basket after a long drive, was a great way to welcome us *Master shower has a showerhead high enough for tall people like my husband to shower comfortably We will definitely stay here again! Sharn has thought of everything to make her home perfect for guests.

Lots of natural light flows in through numerous windows that face east, west, and south. I especially enjoyed the late-day light that brightens the kitchen and bedroom. The unit felt private and quiet to me, despite its downtown location. I look forward to my next stay at 209 4th.

We really enjoyed the place. Kids had a blast in the game room. It is close to restaurants and a grocery store. The place had everything we needed.
