What a wonderful place to relax, watch the sunrise, the changing tides and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Anne’s seaside cottage. Regret I could not stay longer. Highly recommended.

Disregard concerns about the compostable toilet. A real toilet was recently installed and works great. No smell noticed in the cottage. Great little spot. Very warm even in colder months.

Beautiful location, great beach for rock collecting with low tide. Socal table restaurant was very close and delicious. Not far from Lobster Pound which we enjoyed. Cottage is rustic, initially not sure about the outdoor shower as the weather was cool but it was worth the experience. We kept the wood stove going as it was cool the first night. Not your typical Airbnb stay, but worth it!

This was an excellent stay. The cottage was beautiful and well stocked! The location on the lake was perfect, and the neighbouring cottages were very friendly and peaceful. The internet service was great, and there was plenty to do around the cottage. The interior was very cozy and welcoming. We stayed with a group of 7 very comfortably!

We loved the property. Lots of room for relaxing, playing games and the hot tub was great. The kitchen had everything you needed with special appliances. We were there on a rainy November weekend so didn't get to enjoy the beach but the property looked like everything you needed was there. We loved the fireplace, the view and spending family time together. Thanks we had a great weekend!!

Bob’s place was just what we were hoping for! He accommodated us in every way. We came in a day early and left two days late. He acted like we were doing him a favor instead of the other way around. We have been Airbnb‘s hosts for 7 years and can’t think of a place we’ve enjoyed and more. Well done Bob! We’ll be back.

We had a great stay at this lake house. The location is beautiful and peaceful, right on the water with a superb view over the lake. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was easy to find. Communication with the host was great—quick responses and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay if you're looking to unwind in a peaceful setting. The view is spectacular, amazing sunsets. Great hosts. This was our 2nd visit. Will be back next year!

Beautiful villa with magnificent views of the bay of Fundy. Very clean with comfortable beds and brand new amenities. Located in an isolated area so very private and quiet, perfect for relaxing. It is a 20 minute drive to Berwick, the nearest town and Highway 101. Robert was the perfect host. Highly recommended.

Fascinating location! Absolutely amazing views of the Bay of Fundy! We walked on the ocean floor right out our back yard! We had great fun watching the lobster boats load at the dock and leave into the wild waves! The house was well suited for our family Thanksgiving holiday and slept 7 easily.

The Cottage House was the perfect retreat for our family of 4. The spot is amazing. Can’t beat the views. We enjoyed sunsets over the Bay of Fundy from the hot tub and under the watchful eye of a giant Osprey one evening. The house itself was squeaky clean and beautiful. The master bedroom was spectacular with a perfect view from almost every spot in the house. Beds were very comfy! And the open kitchen with ocean views made cooking a dream. Kit is a very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be going back because as much as we love to find new places for our annual trip, hard to imagine we’ll find a nicer place than the Cottage House.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at the beach house! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the shore. The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

The cottage was very warm and inviting.. there were only two of us so we only used the main level. Couldn’t locate the garbage bins so we brought our garbage home. I’m sure I just wasn’t looking in the right spot. The tv has many viewing options which was great for the weekend of pjs and tv.

Our stay here was incredible! The spot was so picturesque and peaceful. We couldn’t believe just how close we were to the beach! Everything was in pristine condition and truly had a seaside cabin feel. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay again!

Robert and Kim's place couldn't have been a better place to seek peace and tranquility in the beauty of the Bay of Fundy. It was my splurge to myself and it exceeded my expectations. From the spotlessly clean interior, to the stunningly beautiful surroundings, to the majestic sunsets and wildlife (I saw two bald eagles!), I can only hope to return one day to soak it all up again. It was the perfect spot for my own writing retreat. Thank you Robert and Kim for sharing this little piece of paradise with us!
