Pauline's place was perfect for my stay, cozy and warm and with everything I needed. The views from the deck in the late afternoon were stunning. The weather was beautiful and I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go, including to the nearby restaurants which feature locally produced food on their menus. Canning is a sweet village in a gorgeous setting - I look forward to another visit before too long. Thank you, Pauline!

Everything was great, the place looked just like the photos. Stocked with what you’d need for a short stay, great for 4 adults. Most comfortable futon ever! Perfect location, close to everything downtown Wolfville! Thanks for a great stay Jeremy, we’d come back anytime we’re in Wolfville!

this was my second stay here and it was very comfortable and accessible. i enjoyed my time here for sure and it was in a perfect location to be close to everything!

After all, this is our second VayKay get-away with them and we are pre-booking for a third one in a few months! His response to me: Absolutely! Disregard concerns about the compostable toilet. A real toilet was recently installed and works great. No smell noticed in the cottage. Great little spot. Very warm even in colder months.

What a beautiful spot! Ton of room for a group of people to have their own space. Hot tub was amazing and very easy to use with clear instructions. The yard and beach/waterfall was amazing (even in the winter)! Plenty of things available to keep a group entertained and having fun. The fridge and freezer were empty so we had all the room we needed for groceries (very much appreciated). The complimentary coffee was delish! Would recommend this rental and would love to go back!

This cottage is in an absolutely gorgeous setting. It is quiet and peaceful and has everything you need to make meals, watch movies, or just relax. The sunshine was pouring in the windows when we were here. There are many waterfalls within a short drive - we found 5 in one afternoon! It's a gem!

The Oceanside Oasis did not disappoint! The views are truly spectacular. Listening to the high tide waves to fall asleep is so relaxing and is such an amazing attribute to this stay. We cannot wait to come back again! Maybe next time when there’s less snow to enjoy those views even more!

The Cottage House was the perfect retreat for our family of 4. The spot is amazing. Can’t beat the views. We enjoyed sunsets over the Bay of Fundy from the hot tub and under the watchful eye of a giant Osprey one evening. The house itself was squeaky clean and beautiful. The master bedroom was spectacular with a perfect view from almost every spot in the house. Beds were very comfy! And the open kitchen with ocean views made cooking a dream. Kit is a very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be going back because as much as we love to find new places for our annual trip, hard to imagine we’ll find a nicer place than the Cottage House.

Melissa’s property was incredible… certainly as depicted in the pictures and possibly even better. Stunning views and opportunity to fully experience the highest tides in the world. My partner is from the prairies and I’m from Nova Scotia, and we were equally fascinated with the tides and beautiful setting. We enjoyed the outdoor space including the wood oven pizza - made for a fun evening by the fire with a glass of wine and gourmet pizza . Melissa was an excellent host - responsive, helpful, thoughtful. We’d definitely recommend this property - perfect place for a couple’s retreat. Thank you Melissa!
