This place was great for 3 couples looking to spend the weekend in NYC. Very clean, George was great to work with and very responsive. The rooftop is great, it was cold and the fire pit made it great. Easy walk to the subway and about 35 min train with no transfers into Manhattan.

Marianny was such a great host! Check out was at 12pm and she let us leave our baggage until 6pm so we could explore the city some more before heading to the airport. Overall a very pleasant experience and convenient location!

Even though my stay was less than 24hrs at Gabriel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gabriel was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of Brooklyn!

I had such a nice stay at Christine’s lovely home! Everything was very clean and comfortable for my work trip, and the space is gorgeous. I loved Kiki the house cat, too. I hope to stay here again for my next Brooklyn trip!

Rick is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host! The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery. It's conveniently close to the PATH station, in a charming and safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates beauty, privacy, and comfort!

Fantastic daylight movement location in Hoboken. The place is immaculate and matches the photos exactly. Super easy access to Manhattan. O’bagels was a favorite during our stay. If you are looking for a Hoboken stay or a place with great access go Manhattan, look no further.

I have to say I thoroughly enjoy this place . We had such a wonderful time. It was nice and clean and warm. And that shower was absolutely amazing! Honestly 10 out of 10 I would recommend it!!!💙

Stayed at the property with the main objective of visiting Manhattan for New Years. Property met every requirement we had in that we were two families with 8 people a vehicle. Long term parking available diagonally across from the property and each of the 4 bedrooms accommodated two people and the beds were comfortable and hot water was always present for showers! The brownstone was beautiful, and access stairs were no issue for seasoned travelers. Well-appointed will all the basic amenities, PATH subway/ trains within 5-minute walk and took you straight into Manhattan with multiple stop options. Coffee shops in easy access for a morning cup of joe and restaurants in easy walking distance. Host was easily accessible through msg app as we had one request after our first day and then quickly responded and addressed our need. Would recommend for anyone with a group of up to 8 visiting in the local area. Wish we spent more time on the New Jersey side... something to aim for next time!

A really pretty apartment w/everything I needed, in a beautiful neighborhood right near the train. Fantastic restaurants nearby, and Fort Green Park is huge & fantastic. I made use of all the thoughtful hangout zones; the desk, dining table, tv and kitchen area. Plenty of space to unpack the e suitcase and use 2 drawers, and hang my stuff in the big closet. Loved the bright sunny windows. Super soft towels. The bathroom had nice products. Personally I prefer soft yellow light bulbs (not cold white light) but that was the only thing I would’ve preferred to have different. . I even had tons of space to set up my yoga mat. I would definitely recommend staying here.
