Madeline and Co-host, Clay were an absolute pleasure from pre-booking to post check-out. Great communication ensuring a stress free booking, providing clear instructions and local recommendations from supermarkets, restaurants to best transportation routes for New York. The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Providing a nice mix of vintage and modern, creates a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to decompress after a packed itinerary with the family in NYC! The view is fantastic, and can be indulged out on the balcony in the morning with freshly ground coffee (provided by the hosts) or with a wine in the evening (arranged by the wife!). All in all, clean, comfy, spacious, ideal for a group or family, well located, and we will definitely be back!! Thank you Madeline and Clay, you helped is create some amazing core memories with our family! Andy, Stevie, Dante, Calvin, and Claudia :)

We loved staying at Chris’ place. Check in was easy and appreciated. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, local transit to the city. The only thing we didn’t account for was the $35 daily at each exiting and entering for the parking garage, if you left the garage the amount already paid doesn’t cover the rest of the day and you have to pay again. We tried to find street parking often with no luck, so this amount added up quickly. Other than that, we’d highly recommend.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung ist mit der U-Bahn sehr gut von Manhattan aus erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie angegeben und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Jonathan reagierte immer schnell auf Nachrichten und ließ uns genaue Anweisungen insbesondere zum Check-In zukommen. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time in Vida’s appartment. It was very tastefully decorated and we felt at home right away. We thought BedStuy was an interesting and diverse neighborhood, and Vida’s area felt lively and safe, with some very fine restaurants and coffeeshops around the corner. (she has a lot of good tips). It takes extra time to travel to Manhattan, but it was a great luxury to come home like this after a day in the city. Communication was friendly and Vida was there right away when you needed it and at the same time left room for sufficient privacy.

My little family and I enjoyed this space for the past 3 days we stayed in New York. We would definitely returned, my only suggestion is for bigger beds, as a property manager myself, it’s very rare to have full size beds in a unit that should accommodate a family. Other than this we enjoyed the space. Thank you so much for being accommodating to our needs. God bless you!

We had a great experience here! It was close to the subway, great restaurants and grocery stores. With beautiful high ceilings, shiny parquet flooring, a remodeled bathroom and a very comfy bed, we felt right at home. It was a nice retreat at the end of a busy day exploring the city. We had everything we needed and Adam also provided some great recommendations for dining. I will definitely stay here again. Loved this charming Brooklyn brownstone! Thanks, Adam.

We loved this place! Such a great neighborhood to come back to at the end of a day exploring the city. The subway was a 125 minute walk and the bus was even closer. There were great restaurants and coffee shops close by. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was stunning - spacious, modern and well equipped and the views from both the lounge area and the rooftop were amazing. It was easy to find an there were some restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I've booked a number of AirBnB's over the years and Jami is one of the most responsive hosts I've come across. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to New York / New Jersey

Eunice’s apartment is AMAZING! We visited with 3 adults and 4 children. Eunice was very accommodating and responsive when needed! Everything is as pictured and it was sparkling clean. The beds are so comfortable! The washing machine and dryer are readily accessible and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The apartment is conveniently located near some amazing restaurants (The Franklin and La Milpa) along with a grocery store (Supremo). There is a park very close. There are several bus stops extremely close as well! Highly recommended!

The perfect spot for a NYC getaway. Walkable to all spots in Park Slope. Barclay's Center, train station and Chick-fil-a (important for a 12 yo) are all a 4-min walk. I always enjoy staying in Brooklyn...it's quite, a quick train ride to the city and overall the best value and experience. Jessica's place was super quiet (despite being in the heart of Park Slope). Comfortable and had everything we need. And, Jessica was an AMAZING host. Super responsive, helpful and attentive. Overall, this was the PERFECT spot to celebrate my son's 13th bday with a big NYC celebration!

I enjoyed my time at Mike’s place in Brooklyn. The apartment was spacious, clean, everything worked, the neighbourhood gas everything I needed, and the subway is nearby. Great guest experience.

We stayed at the house because the apartment had water damage. The house is beautiful and I am sure so is the apartment. We lived in Brooklyn for many years and know the city well, here are some things that are worth knowing: the location is great, safe neighborhood and close to the F train which is a great line because it brings you to many places you’ll want to go or to stations where you can easily connect. There are many restaurants nearby, and we were happy to see that a Norms pizza has opened in the neighborhood as it is amazing NY style pizza, finding parking in the street was easy, being close to the park is a huge plus both in summer and winter (great ice skating). For groceries, Union Market is close by which is very good although a bit pricey. This is a great place to stay and live like a New Yorker. Travis was responsive and offered recommendations for local places.

My partner and I stayed just one quick night here as an alternative to a hotel, and it was just as described and an incredible value. Jennifer was quick and easy to communicate with, flexible on our check-in timing, and it was much more private than a typical host-occupied Airbnb. We felt like we had our own floor and bathroom. The new construction apartment is very nicely finished with a lovely backyard patio that we would have enjoyed if it hadn't been raining. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire space was very clean. Jennifer made brownies for us while we were out! We will definitely look to stay at Jennifer's Airbnb bedroom next time we are in Brooklyn!

Die Wohnung von Lucia und Ollie war sehr sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ollie hatte uns schon am Eingang des Hauses empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Er war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. U-Bahn-Haltestellen waren nicht weit entfernt. Morgens haben wir uns immer einen leckeren Kaffee gegönnt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir uns wie Zuhause fühlen konnten! Es war für uns eine unvergessliche Woche in NYC! :-)

Staying at Hai’s place was an absolute dream! The apartment had such chill and cozy vibes, filled with beautiful plants and fun anime touches that made the space feel super unique and homey. The bathroom was especially stunning—decorated thoughtfully with even more greenery and artistic details that made it feel like a mini spa. One of the biggest highlights for me and my partner were the two adorable cats, Luca and Rio. They were so friendly and sweet, and we loved every moment of them curling up and sleeping on top of us—it was beyond cute! Communication with Hai was seamless from start to finish. He was responsive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. Overall, the space was warm, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home. Would 100% stay again!

We had a great stay with Thomas. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Thomas provided all the support that we needed for a weekend in Brooklyn. The location of the apartment is great near a park and 7 minutes from a train station. We would love to stay with Thomas in a future opportunity.

Secret's out: Finn’s place is hands-down the best NYC Airbnb. Think boutique hotel but better—stylishly designed, incredibly comfortable, close to the subway, and full of thoughtful touches and nifty gadgets that truly made it feel like home for the week. The well-appointed kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a meal, and Finn's impressive record collection provided the perfect soundtrack for unwinding in the interim of my NYC odyssey. Real talk: there are two types of people in this world—those who understand the importance of mood lighting, and those who don’t. Finn clearly does, and it MAKES the experience. On top of all that, the 360-degree views, comfy bed, and cozy retro vibe made this the perfect retreat from the city hustle. Finn was a responsive and gracious host, with spot-on recs for exploring the area (pro tip: L Train Vintage is a must for my fellow thrift addicts!). If you’re lucky enough to snag this space, you’re in for an unforgettable, soul-resetting stay!

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

Harris was a wonderful host! He greeted us in person and provided restaurants & activities around the area. My fiancé, now wife, and I mentioned we were getting married the day after and Harris surprised us by purchasing a bottle of champagne to celebrate! The Airbnb was breathtaking. Seeing the place in person is so much more beautiful than in pictures. The decor really made the place pop.
