We love going to Wrightsville Beach and this was a great spot! Comfortable beds, couch, walkable to everything.

The home was beautiful decorated and felt like home. The area was great and was easy to get to place within 15min-20min. We made used of the outdoor bathroom which was so relaxing and peaceful. Will definitely stay again. Tim was a great host!!

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

This is my second time staying here and it was excellent! I was in town only for a few days and sit was only 3 minute drive to where I needed to go! 10/10 recommend!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Tatum, was very responsive and kind. Thank you! ☺️

Our stay was just lovely! The house was spotless when we arrived and parking was excellent (off the street spots), and Kyler was a great host. Plenty of space for 6. Cute coffee shop and breakfast place within a 5 minute walk was a great perk! Safe and quiet location. Easy to drive or walk downtown (the walk was just over a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time staying at Rebecca's place, and we love the updates that have been made over the years. The new in unit A/C with it's own control was especially nice to see. If you are traveling solo or in a couple with a pet and want to be able to walk to Carolina Beach, I highly recommend you check this place out!

I picked to stay at Audrey‘s place because of the location – and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is central to everything. The beautiful balcony was definitely the star of the show- which we felt like was needed since we were looking to be by water but didn’t wanna pay ocean front prices. The check out was a little early but luckily we had lots more to see prior to our flight home! Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again :)

We go on trips probably 3-4 times a year. we always stay in an Airbnb or vrbo. We’ve stayed in places that were big, small, places that listed so many amenities, and others that didn’t have so much,but out of all the places we have stayed, this particular Airbnb was 100% as described! Plus little surprises like fully stocked K-cups, records and record player, games! make up wipes and shower essentials! Which I appreciate! I know it sounds silly, but all the light bulbs and appliances worked! It’s not just for decor or “filler”..everything worked as expected. Also, it was so clean! I felt so comfortable,it felt untouched! The bed was so comfy! There was more than enough towels and toilet paper! It’s stuff like that I think people like to know. We live in Wilmington so this was a literal staycation! I know Downtown Wilmington like the back of my hand. Yet somehow staying here gave us a new appreciation for our sweet,lively, historic town! Would rebook this place for sure!!

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

For the price, it can't be beat. Really pretty neighborhood in the historic district. Less than 5 min walk away is a convenience store (North Side Food Market) and an amazing sandwich shop (The Half). I had some questions about the listing and Harry came back with quick and helpful answers. If I'm being super picky, I wish the TV was bigger, and I wish there was somewhere to hang my clothes (there's a dresser, but not a spot with hangers.) But those are tiny things that do not detract from the amazing value. Thanks!

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

Great stay on the quieter side of Carolina beach!

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future. Perfect little spot right on the beach. Love the big balcony with a great view. I didn’t realize from the photos at first that the bed was so tall, could be an issue for someone older or with a disability but it was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open for the season but it was pretty view. Lots of places to explore and good places to eat nearby.

We had a wonderful experience and have already encouraged others to visit. Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet trip with two kids and two pups. Not too far to walk to get to the beach and house had everything needed. The main bed was very comfortable and the house was clean when we arrived. The weather was cool so we didn’t check out the pool but it looked very pretty.

This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
