Very clean and well decorated apartment, perfect for a weekend in Birmingham. Peace was a great host, always responding to messages and generally very helpful. Would recommend.

This is the second stay in this apartment. Highly recommend, the property is cleaned to a high standard, very peaceful, private and secure location. Host is quick to respond and check in instructions are very easy to follow. Look forward to our next stay.

good Apartment and we will be back again as supernconveniant for our purposes. getting through the front doodle was a little tricky as we weren't sent the right access coded but luckily another group had th same problem so we solved it together. other than that it was a good stay. maybe a tad on the expensive side for what it is - we thought the wlswankt gym would have made it worth it but it wasn't as good as we'd thought and there were a group we that didn't feel so welcome there too. a definite 4/5 and we would use again if we could afford it. was great having a working kitchen we could use!!! massive plus here. bit there are also some cute/novel air bnbs nearby that would have been more worth the money for the experience. the host is amazing and couldn't fo enough. great communication overall.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is clean, modern and just like the pictures. The hosts were very responsive which was so helpful when we had questions about car parking. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I was staying at Georgies flat whilst my husband was in hospital, she was friendly, responsive and even gave me a lift to Sainsbury’s! It was immaculately clean, excellent amenities. Would stay again and highly recommend! X

For us it was ideal because of local commitments. The proximity of the Lickey Hills made this an ideal place to retreat to in order to relax as well as keep local appointments. Nigel was a great host.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

The house was very clean and tidy. Very easy instructions on how to get into the property.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

AJ restored my faith in Airbnb after having 3 bad experiences. He met me as promised at the property, was a no nose to the point host, totally legit and a really nice guy. Had no problems at the apartment, and everything from start to finish was completely smooth. Everything an Airbnb should be. I will genuinely book with AJ again next year. Jennifer's place was excellent! From the ease of finding the place, to the coziness of the house, and to the checkout. Everything was clearly instructed in the booklet provided in the house. The boiler needed to be reset in the first night but Jennifer was very responsive, even at around 11 at night, and provided very easy instructions. Jennifer provided the very basic amenities which has handy. Overall, my stay with my family in this house was great and I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment, great parking and great communication

I stayed here for two nights, the studio is great and the views are amazing. It was sunny weather for my stay which made the view lovely. Mussuh had great communication throughout.
