Really enjoyed our second stay at The Hoveller. It’s a very good location, a few minutes walk from the town and the beach. The property is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Jody is a great host. We will be back!

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - right next to the sea. The apartment was huge, spotless and very child friendly. Things like the built in toddler toilet seat, toys, books etc, made such a difference and our stay so much easier. Bianca is lovely and was very helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and even stayed for 2 nights longer than planned! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ali’s flat is in an ideal location for beach/prom walks and exploring the town. Once we had parked (for free on the sea front!) we didn’t need the car until we checked out. The flat is cosy and homely with lots of seaside touches and useful hand-written information. Ali was a friendly and responsive host and we had a great stay. Thank you.

So happy to have spotted this lovely flat in Sheringham. It's so bright, airy and spacious with everything you could need. Close to shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants and the sea too. Parking was relatively easy to find in nearby streets. There are benches outside the adjacent church where we sat in the sunshine for a while and watched the world go by. Paul gave lots of information about the flat as soon as we booked it so I felt confident all would be good and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks Paul.

Communication excellent throughout. Host easy to contact and responsive to all messages. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. Dedicated parking and lovely views out to sea. Nothing that we didn't like. Our first stay with Matt but can't wait to come back again and will definitely be recommending to friends and family

We had a lovely stay at Jonty's flat - even nicer than the photos. Very spacious and nicely decorated. A wonderful location. It was a very happy and welcome interlude in the middle of chemo treatment. Thank you for an uplifting mini break.

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thornham and had a lovely stay at Nathalies place. Everything was clean, tidy, well laid out and very thoughtful towards us/all guests. The surrounding area has lovely pubs and restaurants, there are lots of walks and bike rides to do aswel as the amazing local beaches. We will definitely be back in the summer and hopefully be looking to rebook at Nathalies place again! We’d highly recommend!!

Amazing. Despite less than balmy weather, we all had a fantastic time. Twelve of us between 7 and 72 including 2 fifteen year old girls. Abbey House is house is huge and has sufficient shower/bathing facilities for each couple to have their own space. The annex is a real little gem. The games room so well equipped we were all able to enjoy the space together. We even had a yoga class for several of our party there! This was a long delayed 70th Birthday celebration , plus two 40th's, and a 50th in the intervening time. it worked beautifully. Our seven year wants to know when we can all go back together. The weekend is up there with my best memories.

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

Excellent host, clear instructions and helpful (especially as we have 2 children - so we needed to use the cots, highchair and children's kitchenware). 20min walk to the centre of Cromer. beautiful house, very clean. has all the things you need. And I have to mention the beds! they were super comfortable.

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

Our stay at this house was absolutely incredible! The kitchen was stunning and there was a large entertainment area for group dinners both inside and outside. There was absolutely everything you would need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The whole house had been decorated beautifully and we felt like we were staying in a hotel! The little touches were so thoughtful and also the location was perfect. It is a very short walk to Sheringham town centre where there are some lovely pubs and little shops. Communication with the host was very good and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We love this apartment for it's proximity to everything, whether it's sea, cliff walks, cafes and restaurants and shops. The dual aspect light, and sea views are fantastic. There are also great views over the town. Sheringham really has everything and the apartment is a very comfortable space to enjoy it.

We can't recommend this apartment enough! Emma and Jack are terrific hosts offering a spacious, well maintained and clean property. Even the communal areas are spotless and welcoming. Emma and Jack responded to our messages quickly and are so friendly ... they are fantastic. The apartment is a great location to get to the sea front and beach, the coastal path, the town and the station to explore further afield. Emma and Jack .... thank you soooo much for everything.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and light apartment, nicely decorated. It’s an easy walk into the town and down to the sea and plenty of places around to eat. The distant sea views beyond the car park and town are nice. We found manoeuvring the car a little tight because we have a large car with a bike trailer and parking is up a narrow road. It’s a first floor apartment but with more stairs inside so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay in David & Fran's beautiful apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area is fabulously comfy after a day exploring the local area. We appreciated the location - both for its quiet seclusion and its proximity to town, sea and lovely walks. David and Fran were responsive throughout and let us check in early which we really appreciated. My only regret is that our stay wasn't longer!

Perfect location to walk into Cromer. Secure garden for the dog. Good facilities within the apartment with everything you need for a stay. Emma was very responsive and left a lovely package with Wine, Crisps and Dog Treats. We would definitely recommend this property!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
