A wonderful property with a spectacular sea view! Very comfortable accommodation on a well-kept, quiet site. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves lapping the beach and the birds singing in the trees. We found some wonderful walking trails right from the site which gave us Nightingales and Turtle Doves - such awesome birds to hear. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful stay, accommodation is homely and comfortable, big enough for 2 adults + 4 children, main attraction is being able to get from house to beach in 30 seconds! Wonderful wildlife, and Claire is great with communications and really helpful. You won't regret booking this place!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Church View. The bungalow was everything we wanted for a short stay during the end of October, very clean, warm and with a safe garden for our dog. Very peaceful location with plenty of walks not only in the countryside but also on the beach. Stargazing from the back garden was truly amazing! Thank you.

Lovely stay for my mums 60th birthday celebrations, perfect location for dog walks on the beach and close to other places to visit.

Very comfortable place with all the essentials. Especially loved the sun room. lovely place to relax and read. close enough to the Broads where you can do boat trips and got to take in a show on Cromer pier which was excellent! A beautiful sandy beach a 5 min walk away. Will definitely come back. The road to the house has pot holes but fine if you drive slowly. lovely area of the country.

Excellent place to stay. The best equipped Air B n B we have ever stayed in. Amazingly comfortable beds and bed linen and superb showers. Cosy and warm and lovely garden space. Kitchen very well equipped and great welcome pack. The bonus was the fantastic beach hut which we used every day as we had beautiful weather! The beach was loved by our grand daughter. A huge thank you.

We spent an excellent weekend at The Retreat. Everything we needed in the vicinity and an easy cycle or drive to the beach. The house was homely and comfortable with everything we needed to hand. Jenny was responsive with messages and although set back from the road the instructions made the house easy to find, even in the dark. We had a flexible check out which was absolutely excellent and were able to make the most of the gorgeous day!

Again, a lovely stay at the bungalow, it’s becoming a home from home. All clean and airy. Lots of information if you wanted to explore the surrounding area. Easily walkable into Hunstanton and the beach. Much appreciated that we could make a cuppa when we arrived as tea, coffee and milk provided. Excellent stay.

Just returned from a fabulous relaxing pamper weekend at Moles Cottage. Julie was an amazing host. Friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to have a therapist come in to give us our treatments and for a private chef to cook for us on the Saturday night. Moles cottage was the perfect venue with the amazing covered hot tub and fabulous large heated pool. The sauna was a great addition too! Beds were all extremely comfortable with crisp cotton linen. The log burner was comforting addition for one of the nights although the cottage itself is lovely and warm with underfloor heating. All in all we couldn’t recommend enough. Fabulous in every way! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Julie ☺️

The Cottage was perfect and in reach of all the beautiful places to visit in the area. There is so much to see with the beautiful coast and the villages inland we certainly will be returning. Phil was a great host and a lovely person.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we came back because we so enjoyed our first stay. The location is perfect for us, and the fact that it's a bungalow was ideal for an elderly relative in our party, avoiding stairs. It's all immaculately and thoughtfully presented, and Louie was the perfect host, making sure we were all happy and comfortable and really going the extra mile for us. That the bungalow is at the end of a cul de sac made it exceptionally peaceful, and we all slept very well, and enjoyed hearing the birdsong in the morning and watching the birds in the garden. We will definitely come again!

Lovely place which we used as a base to explore Suffolk’s coast. The fireplace was amazing and made the lounge cosy and warm instantly. Would love to come back in summer!
