Great place to stay, everything was with In walking distance. The fob didn’t work to get in but the host responded quickly and provided a pin number and instructions to see reception so they can reprogram it. We never did that because we had the pin number and we never saw anyone at the reception desk. We are planning another trip next year and will stay here again if it’s available.

Time & Tide is well located and very well equipped. We were travelling with our 8 month old and having a high chair in the flat was essential. The kitchen also had everything we needed. It is very quick to walk into town to get a coffee or have a drink, and there are lots of lovely villages a short drive away. Being able to see the sea from your bed is pretty special.

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Had a lovely week here! It was really cosy, felt like a little home from home. So useful to have guaranteed parking if you’re coming and going a lot too! Maria and Stephen were very accommodating and helpful - and the drive in the TR6 was a highlight of my week. Thanks for making me feel right at home. Strongly recommend this property!

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

The stay was perfect in every possible way, great team and the place was exactly as described. Only downside was the lack of a free car park but wasn’t anything that affected my stay.

Loved the stay! Very central, Clean and super lovely vibe! I love noise but it is right on the city centre so maybe not for the super light sleepers but perfect for me! (Don’t worry it wasn’t super loud! The place was very modern but still comfortable. Really comfortable beds and great shower!

The property was even more spacious than suggested by the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were in great condition. Cloud 9 were friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment felt part of a real residency but also secure with good amenities inside the building. There was adequate parking near by and inside a near car park. I would certainly consider coming back to this property when I return to Bedford.

Had a great stay at this apartment in Cambridge. The location is perfect - new building close to the station. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Thank you Samantha and Colin, for the great stay we had in your caravan. The caravan was lovely and homely, very clean and the extras were a great surprise and treat. The condiments cleaning and toilet rolls were a bonus too. The hot tub was great, the kids loved it, it was very relaxing and quiet. The amenities were great, there are lots of activities to do, the whole family enjoyed and joined in. The whole family had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you Debbie and Ian for providing such a brilliant place to stay! We had everything we could need including welcoming touches such as milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and fresh flowers. Felt very private, even though attached to the house, with our own garden space and parking. Would thoroughly recommend and book again if we are in the area.

A pleasant surprise walking into a great space, perfect for large groups. Everything in excellent working order and individual rooms thermostatically controlled. The sauna area included separate toilet and shower area. A generous welcome pack provided the basic essentials plus treat Claire is an excellent host with great communication throughout. We have already recommended to several friends. 5 star plus.

Don't go anywhere else!.... if you are reading this feedback and researching places to stay in rural Suffolk that is dog-friendly! Honestly, from the excellent comms from Jo, the private stunning garden area, the fully stocked with anything you would ever need kitchen, the most comfortable bed you could imagine, homely log burner and wonderful interior. What made this place special (apart from all the above), were the little thoughtful things...the little lowlight in the kitchen facing the bathroom which could be kept on during the night so you didn't have to put on other lights and wake others up, the little light that came on to highlight the little step, all the wonderful breakfast things ( fresh eggs, real butter, jams, choc au pains, fresh uncut loaf, yogurts, choccy snacks, doggie treats, poo badlgs, doggie towels...). Jo really has thought of everything. Fantastic surroundings, so many walks and the perfect place to decompress! We hope to be back in the summer months!

Right from the moment we booked, Mark was very helpful and responsive in helping set up prior to us arriving. During our stay, we felt right at home and spent the day playing the games provided for the garden, and were able to use the bbq and log burner with clear instructions. We all had a great time and hope to return!
