Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

I had an incredible stay with Elaine as my host! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured that everything was perfect throughout my week-long stay. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions or assistance. She is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests!

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

A fantastic apartment in the centre of Sheringham! Perfect location, really spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Zafer left a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate for us as well which was a really nice touch! A great airbnb :)

I stayed at Tom's place for a week and I did not have any issues. Tom and Anna were really friendly and responded to my messages right away. The room had an amazing view of Cambridge and it was really close to the train station. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We stayed here this weekend for my partners birthday. Tina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nice and relaxing. Instructions on how to get there, park and check in were straight forward. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of goodies and a freshly baked loaf of bread. Tina also made a lovely birthday cake for my partner. The cottage was nice and tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and was cleaned daily. I would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing time away and it is very reasonable priced too 😊 we will definitely be returning in the future

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Lavender house was beautiful. Very welcoming, four generations under one roof 6-90yrs! The spa pool was much used especially by the younger generations. The local pub next door was very welcoming by all. Will definitely return Thank you

Stayed here while travelling for work, good location and had everything we needed nearby. Adam was helpful and responsive and checked in during the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place. Huge area with so much natural light and beautiful country surroundings. Is peaceful and secluded but has 2 pubs within a 10 min walk and is 5-10 min drive to Holt which is a lovely town. Other places are also easy to get to like Cromer within a 20 min drive Has all the utensils you need in a big kitchen - great living room and dining area and big bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space Smart TV has all the apps you'd want (doesn't have terrestrial tv unless you go via their individual apps but not an issue). Wifi is a bit weak - I would not recommend if needing to do loads of work/email/video calls - but then we wouldn't want to work when surrounded by natural beauty! Jessica was always on call and very responsive - happy to leave you be or be there for whatever you want. Definitely recommend - although just don't book when we want to return!!!

We stayed at this gorgeous house for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. There was 13 of us and we had an absolutely amazing time. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay coffee tea etc plenty of towels for us to use also. We were looking for a venue more secluded as we were conscious that we were a large group and didn’t want to disturb anyone. The house was the perfect location for this. Liz and Peter were incredibly helpful prior and throughout our stay and we are hoping to come back in the summer! Thanks again for hosting us, we had a blast.

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

The place turned out to be beyond all expectations. In a residential area, easy to reach, a quiet&safe place to return to;only 15 m.walk from the Historic Center,surrounded by parks and small local pubs,Bus Stops &Trains Station are also closer,so you ll have the chance to discover a bit of the Cambridgeshire if you like!Flat,it's absolutely fantastic!Sunny,spotless equipped with all you may need!Plenty of space at your disposal,a large bright room with independent access-huge,comfortable bed,a private bathroom filled with all comforts possibly needed & more!Nothing missing,everything is tidy&clean as host takes such good care of it!Flat's unique in its style,a stunning place,made amazing by all its unique details,an house with a great personality-it mirrors Colleen's.She s a perfect host,communication has been effective and easy-info.&rules,very clear She s always happy to help and share tips!She's kind,descreet,perfect to share flat with&much worthy a chat!Highly recommended!!!
