Lovely flat with a very homely feel. Perfect base for a long weekend exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ver accessible for my husband, who cannot walk far.

We loved our short stay in Sheringham - as others have said in reviews, the photos of Andrew’s place don’t do it justice - it feels more light, airy and spacious than it looked online. Andrew was a fantastic host - there was an issue where the new en suite shower fitting had been delayed, but he contacted us to advise us and to see how we wanted to proceed, offering us a partial refund or to cancel if it was an issue. We totally didn’t mind as the en suite was an extra - there was already a family bathroom which was perfectly usable, but Andrew left us a goodie box of local treats to apologise for the issue - totally not necessary but very much appreciated! Location is fab - super walkable into town, and it was perfect for us and our toddler (we moved a couple of breakables out of reach) - no stairs to worry about. Would definitely come back again for another stay - great place and great host, thank you!

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

We had a lovely stay in Cambridge at this apartment. It was in a beautiful location close to the river and park nearby and very convenient to shops and short walk into town. a great place to explore Cambridge from

A brilliant experience all in all - Fahri was a fantastic host who communicated perfectly, very throughly too. The room was bright and airy, the provided kitchen with Coffee, Tea, cereal was a really nice touch. The location was also perfect, only being a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Norwich. Can’t recommend both Fahri and this location highly enough!

Christine always responded to any queries in record time, she let us check in early and was so accommodating. We bumped into Christine a couple of times throughout the stay and she was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The beautiful apartment is spacious, modern and super clean. It has everything we needed. 20 minute (or less) uber into Cambridge for a full day of activities location perfect . A great stay.

We had a lovely stay, the house was perfect for our needs and all 9 of us were extremely comfortable. Our hosts replied to all of my queries very promptly and even decorated the entrance hall with happy birthday banners for my husband. Special mention to the detail of magnifying mirrors in the bedrooms for those of us who need a little extra help whilst applying our makeup 🤣 Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning in the future x

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful home for Christmas to get the family together. The house is excellent…loads of space, light, comfortable and very well equipped. Having a bedroom each and four bathrooms was such a treat! All the rooms/beds were comfortable. The host couldn’t have been better - due to unexpected circumstances we asked to increase the stay by a day and they were really flexible and willing to oblige. We will definitely be booking again as and when we need to get the family together in Bury!

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

Fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was the perfect base for our weekend exploring Cambridge, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location and excellent communication from the host. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

This place is just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet block. It is lovely and clean and comfortable. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and helpful. A walk of about 25 minutes gets you to the city centre.

Very nice apartment within a short walk to the very centre of the City. Parking for one car within a gated area to safe etc. Nice little touches like tea/ground coffee and milk etc. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Norwich.

My third stay at Viv’s place and once again it was a great experience. It is peaceful but really well connected, with all the amenities you need and a really comfortable bed. Viv is a friendly and responsive host. I cannot recommend Viv’s place highly enough.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

We had a great stay, what a comfortable apartment, everything we needed plus more. Such a peaceful location which was much appreciated after a long flight from Australia. Andrea also went above and beyond to ensure we could stay with our allergy concerns which was a relief and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed walking to Jesus Green, and the short drive into the city.

Clean flat, with a great location. It was a last minute booking and Carlos gave us all the support and was super communicative and attentive to us! I will definitely be back soon.

Patricia’s place was absolutely stunning!! It was well located - close to the supermarket, bakeries and the beach. The views from the kitchen/living room were gorgeous and made it that much more magical. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Highly recommend 😊😊
