I recommend En’s place and him as a host! The place was very clean, comfortable, very well located with places to eat very close or to buy and cook in the kitchen. A lot of space to park in the street free and without any by-law restrictions. Great place to stay!!!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Amber's place was perfect for a February girls weekend getaway from the city! We were hoping to get a place with a view since it was still winter, and this house gave us the exact feeling of being cozy on the beach without needing to be outside! We didn't get to use the fire place since we forgot to pick up firewood on our way but it honestly didn't even make a difference to us since we were enjoying the beach views all day. Amber was also super communicative and even allowed us to check in earlier upon request!

I will definitely recommend family and friends to stay whenever they’re up in the New York . I’ve been here now from North Carolina for a couple of weeks. We had a wonderful stay at Olivia’s place. It is exactly as advertised, and the front porch and back patio are even bigger than pictured. There were a ton of beach accessories provided with the house- beach passes, chairs, bikes, towels. It’s a great location, short walk to both the beach and restaurants/shops. Olivia could not have been nicer, and was extremely communicative and responsive. Would definitely rent again!

Karen really made my birthday a blast. The place was so beautiful . She was super responsive. There was so much to do from the beach to the bikes she provided. I will recommend a million times.

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!
