Fantastic property. Very calm and tranquil. We didn't want to leave! Jo was very friendly and helpful. Everything was even better than described. Can't wait to go back again.

As a group of four we had an excellent stay at Briardene. The cottage had plenty of space and was extremely well equipped and very clean and stylish. The hot tub was lovely and the quiet nights enabled a good night's sleep. There were two parking spaces which was great as the village is small with narrow roads. The village pub was warm and welcoming and the food was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Our few days here were amazing, the weather was beautiful which just made the whole experience even better, the views are insane and the log burner inside was so cosy, we also used the hot tub, bbq and the outdoor heater and we’re all bonuses to the already amazing barn. Never thought I’d wake up to the sound of cows but let me tell you, it’s definitely something you’ll have to do once and have a coffee outside with them was just astonishing! Great communication and answered all questions promptly, will definitely come back!

Lovely stay in peaceful surroundings. Beautiful view from the hot tub/ garden with sheep for neighbours! Kitchen best equipped we’ve ever stayed in with free range eggs provided and well stocked essentials. Comfy bed, warm cottage and would love to stay again. Claire is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay at Apple Barn, Alan and Davina are fantastic hosts. We arrived to a wonderful welcome basket with a delicious home made lemon cake, even the dogs had a lovely little welcome basket which was so thoughtful. Peaceful and stylish stay with fab walks nearby or great day trips out and about. Perfect little getaway with the hot tub to unwind and reset!

Great communication, we were greeted by Badger the resident puppy, and of course the owner Lou, who was so friendly and nice. She gave us a rundown of the place and how to use the wood fired heater to the tub in great detail. Around the airbnb itself were loads of laminated cards with information on the tub, the coffee machine, and the place itself. We got given free eggs, milk and apple juice, which were all lovely. The place was exactly as advertised and the wifi was better than we expected.

Lovely week stay at Mill Cross House! Beautiful place, such picturesque views. The cottage was well maintained and very stylish. Very friendly and informative hosts. Reply very quickly, happy to help and offer suggestions. Lovely local pub just a 5 minute walk, delicious food and drink. So pretty as well! Fantastic location, very easy to get to any beach, country walk, boutique shops and nearby town or city. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful Christmas stay at this lovely cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and how well equipped everything was. The cottage had all the amenities we needed to make our holiday special, from a good-sized kitchen to comfortable living spaces. Located in a quiet area just a stone's throw from the beach and cliffs, it offered us the perfect blend of relaxation and stunning views. Our host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, their hospitality was outstanding. This cottage is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the festive season in a beautiful setting. We can’t recommend it enough and are already hoping to return soon!

Great value for a lovely quiet retreat for the weekend, easy to get around the North Cornish coast from the location. Accomodation was spotless and very comfortable, would happily stay again as it offered all we need.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

Had such a wonderful time at the cottage. Very clear instructions on how to get to and into the property, it was spotless and Karen was always on hand via messaging to give any answers to any questions we had quickly and prompted. It's a beautiful property with so much character and comfortable beds in a stunning location. Cannot fault our experience and for the accommodation it was incredible value. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay this week at Trevose cottage. We stayed with our two children 8 and 2. Amber was a great host. The check in was easy (instructions were clear). The location was perfect- we already loved Charlestown and staying there made us appreciate it all the more and find lots of new places. You're right on the main road into Charlestown (5/10 mins down to the harbour with our kids) and there's a play area across the road. Although it's on the main road it wasn't busy and we barely heard the traffic noise. The cottage was really well equipped, everything we needed and perfect with our toddler. We really appreciated there being a highchair and the day bed in the main bedroom and especially milk in the fridge after a long walk. I think it's the best equipped cottage we've stayed in. I fully expect we'll be back!

Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a tour. We felt very welcomed, and the cottage was lovely and cosy. The surroundings are idyllic and beautiful, with lots to do and see. We loved making use of the facilities, especially the games room and hot tub/swim spa. Kamila was very kind to share a personal experience with the cheeky goats and alpacas. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful holiday.

Totally fabulous! This is one of our favourite every Abnbs. The location was great- right on the water and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is exactly as described and had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. We particularly enjoyed: Heligan gardens; the Fowey Hall walk; hiring a boat for an hour; kayaking directly from the house (we bought an inflatable kayak with us); Readymoney beach; eating ice cream from Ruby's and King of Cones. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom because they had their own floor/bathroom but they did comment that that it gets quite light in the morning so would recommend a sleep mask or gro blind if you're a light-sensitive sleeper staying in that room.

Hannah and Ivor really helpful and friendly. Lovely setting. Children loved being able to forage and see the wildlife. Perfect. Peaceful.

Claire and Chris were extremely hospitable and flexible. We arrived at a rather unsociable hour, but they were both more than understanding and welcoming. This little gem is spotless and fresh, with tasteful decor and a timeless Cornish cottage feel. Claire left some great snacks etc which were most welcome after a long drive. The location is great, too, with the A30 literally a few minutes drive away, and super close to the lively Lanivet Inn. Couldn’t recommend enough for both tourists, and (once!) locals coming back to Cornwall to visit.

We arrived as guests, left as friends. Thank you so much Josephine for your uplifting and warm nature that has been transferred to your beautiful little nook. Although we only stayed for one night, the range of facilities was overwhelming and satisfying to see. All beds were extremely comfortable, we regrettably had to exchange for our sleeping bags the next night. An extremely responsive host, who was accomodating to all our needs. Two of us have just returned from a six night stay at Garden Cottage. There was a welcome tray when we arrived which was welcome. The house and garden were peaceful and the gardens were beautiful even in March. You can walk down to North Beach in about 15 minutes and have a lovely cream tea in the Winking Pawn restaurant. You can walk down to Salcombe but it is a steep walk back uphill. Victoria answered our queries straight away. The cottage is a home from home, well equipped kitchen and lovely hot water in the shower. There are lots of National Trust houses to visit within drivable distance. Overbeck’s Garden is one you should not miss. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Idyllic dog friendly cottage with access to coastal walks to local villages. Very peaceful area. Plenty of local information leaflets available to plan trips or games if staying in. Lovely little patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. Ideal for a chilled holiday. Everything well thought out for an enjoyable getaway.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

Sehr schönes renoviertes altes Haus in einem kleinen Küstendorf. Wir haben uns bei Ross sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gemangelt und der Kontakt mit Ross war jederzeit einwandfrei. Wir können es absolut nur weiterempfehlen.
