We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

Gary's is a fantastic host and his home is stunning, we have stayed here quite a few times and its been exceptional every time. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

My family and I had the best weekend in Plymouth! Daryl’s house was beautifully decorated with all the home comforts you could hope for. The open plan kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything a family of 5 would need. There was a welcome package containing a bottle of Prosecco, some chocolate and milk which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The bedrooms were also spacious and beautifully decorated and we used the sofa bed in the lounge as an extra bedroom. The garden was a great space with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. We discovered a short woodland walk nearby which was perfect for the dog and found the neighbourhood to be quiet, peaceful and the neighbours friendly. Communications with Daryl was helpful and friendly. Overall we had a superb stay at The Squirrels and would happily return.

Beautiful maisonnette with stunning views, perfect location over looking the estuary. The conservatory was comfortable for relaxing ideal for a morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and good electric shower. It was spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved this place, everything was so perfect. The gorgeous private garden was a real bonus and we so appreciated the milk left for us to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden when we arrived. We would so love to be able to stay here again :))

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

Louise is an incredible host. Her house is really well located, beautifully decorated and Louise has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. We’re already booked in twice more this year!

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

It's true to say that Teignmouth probably isn't everyone's perfect Devon base but with the railway station, the town centre, the beach and EV chargers all within easy walking distance oh and the best real ale pub in town being the closest pub to the flat this place had everything we needed and that's without use of the garden which didn't quite get the sun when we were 'home' - April though! We were lucky to have sunshine and shorts weather throughout !! The flat was lovely and clean, the kitchen had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed and Luke was constantly on the end of an email during our stay initially with tips for our stay then with help when we needed it. I can imagine parking could be a nightmare in summer, the local streets are narrow and were busy with parked cars although I suspect it's actually quite a 'local' residential area so may be little different to when we stayed, that said there were two car parks close to the flat one of which looked permanently empty.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We had a lovely long weekend (4 night) stay (family of 4) at the apartment. We chose this apartment as it's in a good location (great views, near to the town and the harbour (approx. 15 min walk with young children), and it looked well maintained, very clean, etc). The photos did it justice, and was as expected. Martin was there to greet us on arrival, and had laid out some beach toys for the children. There was milk, tea, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment, which was a nice touch. There were some printed out maps of local places (beaches etc.) to visit, in the apartment, which Martin talked us through. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! If we stay in Torquay again, we would happily stay at this apartment again.

A beautiful apartment, with plenty of room, clean and everything you need is there. The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. Perfectly positioned for visiting all surrounding areas and walking to the sea front. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for our stay.
