Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Home away from home feeling. Set in a quiet residential location, close to a petrol station and small supermarket... with a pub just a few streets away. Only a 15 min walk to the beachfront and pier, with a fairground and plenty of places to eat and drink.

The house was gorgeous, I felt like I was right at home! Super comfy furniture and had everything I could’ve needed, 100% would stay again. Thank you Annie for being such a wonderful host

We stayed at Heather’s place with a group of six plus our dog, and had a great experience! Heather was super responsive and friendly throughout. The home had a really unique and peaceful view overlooking a pond and a hill, which made for a lovely setting. The garden was beautiful and well-kept, and the bedrooms were a good size — very comfortable for all of us. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to update some of the cookware, but overall, everything was great. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Absolutely amazing house - best we have ever stayed in - there was not one detail that hadn’t been thought about - we didn’t need to bring a lot of stuff which we normally do. The house was extremely clean and tidy, stylish, great art and the general feeling of homely and comfy. The bed was very comfy and we both slept very well. All in all we had a great stay - location is great - we didn’t need to use our car due to walks with our dog on the doorstop. This has definately set the bar for us.

Le logement en lui-même est vraiment super. grande cuisine, chambres confortables, petite vue sur la mer, décoration très locale et familiale et un emplacement en plein milieu de Salcombe (un peu bruyant parfois, mais ça n'a pas dérangé nos enfants). c'était très pratique d'avoir accès au cabanon extérieur pour ranger la poussette ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, et l'accès n'est pas éclairé donc il est important d'avoir une lampe de poche. En dehors de ça, nous avons été enchantés de ce logement avec nos enfants de 16 mois et 3 ans, et aurons grand plaisir à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Our stay was short but oh so lovely! We felt at home as soon as we stepped foot inside the caravan. The Easter decorations and treats were a lovely touch and our 6 year old loved it! The caravan had all you would need, comfy beds and ample space for parking. The site was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was glorious, lovely and warm and very quiet with only having to share it with one other family each time we used it. Site staff were also really friendly. Brixham was lovely to walk around too. Thank you Lisa for a fab stay, we will look forward to a return trip soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kevin and Tina's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Kevin and Tina were incredibly welcoming and attentive. .The little touches, like the welcome wine, haribos and the easter chocolates made our stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, clean facilities and comfortable bedding. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Kevin and Tina, for an unforgettable experience!

Lovely stay, we loved the welcome pack including fresh milk and bread , so the kettle was straight on for a cuppa after a long journey down. Lesley was easy to message and responsive quickly! The caravan was clean and fresh and the shower was lovely and powerful!, our fur-babies were also allowed to join us which made it lovely. I really can’t fault it. Thank you again Lesley! Will definitely be returning x

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

Beautiful private location with spectacular views of the countryside. Very stylish and cozy decor. It has all the kitchen appliances you will need. The WiFi and tv made for a lovely cozy evening indoors after an evening in the hot tub. If the telly is not for you, there are plenty of games/ pass times/ books provided for entertainment. Loved every minute.

Beautiful cosy lodge, close to amenities. Fully equipped and plenty of space. The sofas and beds are amazing and and we just felt at home and very comfortable. Lovely place to stay

Thank you Louise and Ian for a wonderful stay in your fabulous bungalow. We had everything we needed in a perfect location for seaside adventures and coastal walks. Your welcoming gifts of homemade scones and dog treats were delicious and your little touches including soaps and dog blankets made us feel right at home. We highly recommend a stay at the Bungalow.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

Idealic location with plymbridge woods right out the back door. When issues arose in the property (standard issues in a 3 month stay) the host responded instantly and had professionals out to fix the issue within hours. The host even replaced a tv the same day when I said the colour was off. The property had everything I needed (which was the cheapest two bed property in the area at the time) and 3 months flew by at the property. Sad to see it go

Oh wow!!! Right from the start Lenny communicated with us straight away. Always a fast and friendly response to any questions we had. Really clear directions for when we were close and helpful instructions for when we arrived. On our arrival the place was absolutely spotless, I mean spotless!! It has a very homely and comfy feel. Lenny kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed, if not to just let her know. We didn't need anything as everything you could think of was catered for, all the kitchen supply's were available, all cooking equipment, towels, iron, tea towels. It had all the things you need, even down to a sewing kit!! The sitting room had a sofa bed and was spacious and comfy. The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft, squishy and cosy. The hottub was amazing and the shower had good pressure. It was just a home from home place. The location was excellent the beach is very close and all supermarkets within 5-7 min drive. We really loved it, ty 🥰

We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby fort. Fabulous location. Very clean. Clear instructions- Stacey was very responsive. Lovely clean cabin with the most amazing views. Highly recommended

This little house is an absolute gem. It’s perfect to rest and restore and gaze at the sea, yet also within easy walking distance of some places to eat and lovely beach walks. Judith was an excellent host and sent lots of helpful info and eating out recommendations, especially around where we could take our dog (who had her best holiday ever). Only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had the best week here and Lucy and Andy couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It's a beautiful space, with plenty of room for camping, group cooking and gathering outside.
