This was our second stay at 511. We were last here 12 months ago on holiday from the UK and would always return if we are in the area. The views are indeed superb and the whole apartment very clean. Vi & Peet, the hosts, are really friendly and do everything they can to make your stay a success. During our visit a minor problem (for us, perhaps a major problem for Vi & Peet!) was handled with concern to least affect our enjoyment of the property. We had a great stay and would highly recommend 511 to anyone considering a stay in the area.

That place is very nice ,nice view of the sea very peaceful and the bed were so comfortable and TV has so many channels you dont miss home ,i wil go ther again

I could not recommend this place enough! Jono and Cathy were so incredible, they took us in extremely last minute and went above and beyond for my parents and I. The place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, aircon was amazing!! I would highly recommend staying here and after living in Durban my whole life, coming back to visit, I will only stay at their accommodation in future… purely because of the amazing hosts! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us.

The place looks exactly like it is very clean close to the beach,shops and shaka marine will definetely recommend to friends and family not to forgot the security also friendly

The house was perfect for a family holiday, we felt very at home there. Lovely rooms, clean good quality linen, with a great little pool. Best part was the close proximity to the stunning beach. The hostess was so helpful and understanding. I made a mixup with my booking and she was considerate and helpful and handled our late booking out with professional attitude. Thank you so much Corrine and so sorry again for the mixup on my behalf. The monkeys were a real pest, we had to keep the doors and windows closed all the time, they are so cheeky. The shutters on the windows and doors were fantastic as you could open the windows and keep the shutters closed to get fresh are but keep the monkeys out. We had a wonderful family holiday, we would book this house again. Thank you so much.

The house was amazing, just what we needed and served our pupose perfectly The location as well, is beautiful Everything about our stay was perfect There was plenty of spcae for everyone and the setup for socialising was incredibly comfortable and to our needs I would suggest to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to the ocean, this is it

We absolutely loved our stay here - wonderful (and well-equipped) house, with great hosts, and views to die for. And the whales and dolphins put on an amazing show for us from dawn to dusk!

A beautiful family vacation at a beautiful place.Its such a serene and peaceful place and everything was provided for our stay even cleaning detergents abd washing powder I was very impressed.

This home has been one of our best stays in the Dolphin coast. The home is extremely spacious, catering for large families (we had 13) with breath taking ocean views, that flow into the house. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for privacy, fantastic open plan communal areas. A relaxing environment with all amenities you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Direct beach access made it super convenient for kids and elders getting to the ocean for swims Our family could not stop raving about what an amazing place it was. Recommend!

Beautiful spot, perfect for a family holiday! Easy access to the beach, wonderful entertainment area where watching kids in the pool is easy! Could do with a few hooks for towels etc outside by the pool and outside shower, but other than that small suggestion, we loved our stay!

Our family only stayed for a weekend, but we felt so rested it was like a holiday. Jan was so helpful and friendly, providing many personal touches and spoils. We enjoyed nature and the outside spaces. Loved the open plan and openness with rhe stacker doors. We will definitely return.

Had a splendid time. Location was great, apartment was great. Host(Shivek) was responsive and very helpful. Would love to keep this place to myself, but would definitely recommend a stay here.

What can I say about Bronwyn? She has helped us how no end she’s been calm relaxed helpful helped us out a lot. The place is amazing. The view is amazing. The people are amazing. This is definitely a place to go. If you wanna relax. We will definitely be coming back here with my wife.

My sister and myself had a wonderful time, the view was spectacular every day, you could hear the ocean the whole time. Apartment was beautiful and our hosts friendly, available when needed and helpfull.

Our family loved our stay at the Zimbali Suites. The location is beautiful, the apartment is well equipped with lots to do in and around Zimbali. The fridge broke down and Wendy and team arranged for an alternative within a very short time. Getting in and out of Zimbali as a short term rental is a bit of a pain with all adults needing to bring their drivers license or ID with every time but it keeps it nice and safe for everyone. Having to rely on the shuttles to get to around also takes a bit of planning but was worth the effort. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Seaview. The views are awesome and everything that we needed was provided. Even the emergency light and gas stove when loadshedding was suddenly implemented without warning

Paola’s place is beautiful and peaceful, I booked it as part of my rest and recovery, and it gave me just that if not more. My only regret is not booking for more days. Paola is a gracious and generous host; you can tell everything was curated with warmth and care. From the small laundry bags to the Nespresso pods and Turkish beach towels, it didn’t feel like home - it felt like what home should be.

Loren’s place was an amazing stay. Checking in was seamless. The hosts were very welcoming. Our long trip away from home with the children felt like home away from home. The place had all the amenities that you could ask for. The views are amazing! It was a great and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Ballito.
