It was a great place to stay. We planned our trip late and found availability. It was so convenient to skiing! The apt was nice and big enough for the four of us. The view is the best! Thank you for the flexible check-in. Hope to stay again!

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

this place was oerfect for my family snowboarding trip. shamus booked us and got us into the room in just a few hours as this was a last minute booking. walkable to stagecoach lift was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is cozy and so well stocked with everything from coffee pods to laundry soap. Everything we (2 adults) needed was on hand. We spent hours just admiring the view.

Incredible 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe in a rustic 1938 built house. Absolutely charming with the necessary upgrades. We enjoyed that the TV was in a room other than the main living space. It will be an experience we will always cherish with kids and grandkids!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. Linda was a very communicative host and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. Would highly recommend!

i think the photos don't do the cabin its justice. Great location, great cabin, friendly host, kitchen with lots of spices and other things like flour, rice, pasta, zip locks and whatever you need. we loved this place

Great location with its own off-street parking. Easy access to Palisades and Palisades Alpine for skiing as well as many good dining options in Tahoe City. We were there for winter sports but the house also has really good access to Lake Tahoe for warmer days. The house is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home. Bathrooms were also clean and well stocked. Tom provided good communications and was a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again.

This was one of my favorite AirBnBs. Very cozy and spacious. Great location. Comfortable beds. Very quiet and clean. We all loved it here!

It is rare to find a one-story accessible home with a fenced backyard for dogs. This home looks upon a beautiful meadow area, it was very quiet and peaceful and a big bonus, walking distance to a lesser known beach that also has an area for dogs. The dogs loved their walks in the meadow, hanging out at the dog beach and running around the backyard which is much larger than represented in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has a dog door in the slider. Restaurants and other attractions are within an easy few minutes drive. We look forward to returning next summer! This place was probably one of the best maintained vacation rentals that I have ever stayed at. The house was clean when we arrived and everything worked. It was clearly evident that Tim works hard at maintaining his property. I booked this house for my family and my friend’s family and we were very comfortable. The house’s location on the lake was beautiful. It was perfect to take our dogs for walks around the lake. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Would definitely book again!

This is our second time at Kathy's place and we are excited to book it again and again in the future! It's the perfect spot for our family of 5 with lots of space and a great location for proximity to Palisades, the lake, and restaurants in Tahoe City. Kathy is a super responsive and proactive host and always checks in on us to make sure we have everything we need. Another plus for our family is that parking is very easy and right next to the condo, which makes unloading and loading all of our tons of ski gear super convenient. Can't wait to come back.

Thomas was very proactive in giving us directions and details about checking in. The condo was lovely and also clean. Thomas also left us special homemade treats and a bottle of wine which was so thoughful of him.. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was even nicer in person than the pictures. Very clean and quiet. The bed was also super comfortable, and I slept great, which is rare for me on most trips. It took me awhile to figure out, so for future guests especially when there isn’t a lot of snow: the easiest way to get up the mountain to ski is to walk up the Ski View road to the next set of condos beyond the trash bins, walk down the small hill, and ski perpendicularly across the trail to get to the Big Springs Express gondola. When you’re done for the day, skiing down the Condo Run trail will bring you to the backside of this place. Pretty convenient.

This place is great for family gathering. We came during snow season has a small hill next to condo where my daughter sled. Small back yard patio is enough for her to do small snow play. Close to Tahoe city downtown where there’s walk next to lake and play ground.

awe had an amazing stay at Mihai's place. The parking spot to the door was close and easy, the fireplace was such a nice touch to feel cozy and warm, and the distance to all the things we needed were close by. Diamond peak is about a 5 min drive, and Susie scoops ice cream was a short 10 min walk from the unit. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Location was perfect for our trip. Easy shuttle to and from the resort each day. Communication with Dean was on point. I would for sure stay here again.

I stayed at Carol Ann’s place for two weeks in February. It is a perfect place for a ski trip. It’s super close to Northstar and Palisades and an easy drive to Heavenly. The private beach, three minutes away, is a great place for a post skiing beer! And if a storm blows in and you can’t get up to the slopes, well, this is a perfect place to hunker down! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The property was wonderful; well appointed and nicely remodeled. Per my wife, "the best condo we've stayed at in Incline" which says a lot since we've stayed at 4 or 5 different condos over the past few years. Janet provided very helpful and clear instructions on locating the unit, where to park in the complex, etc. which made checkin-check out seamless. Highly recommend!
