Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

Absolute marvelous 3 day-stay at this property! Just moments from the Big Spring Gondola, seconds from the general/gift store, and underground parking. Outstanding internet speed makes this a superb option for work/play vacations. Lola is very responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here next ski season for sure!!!

Four perfect nights of amazing access to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe. Our studio condo was easy to check-in/out, the amenities were accessible, using Marriott is easy as can be. The location couldn't be better, everything from ski rentals to a coffee shop is at your door-step. The location truly made our stay extremely special a father/son ski vacation. My 13 year old and I are very grateful for your hospitality and cannot wait to visit again!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Old school- delightful and quick in-person check in. Clear instructions given for parking and finding unit. Clean and spacious 1 BR condo. Great location- steps from main gondola and in center of village. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tubs were an adventure to find. Thought we were in a Seinfeld episode when we finally found them and they were closed! They did open the next day. Note- they are around the corner toward gondola with a separate entrance! Overall, a great place and a great stay!

This was a very fairly priced unit considering we came on a weekend and in comparison to nearby stays, this was bang for our buck. The place was cute and cozy, and very clean. The surrounding property is quiet and felt safe. The hosts had very clear instructions and their messages were kind and courteous. It fit me and my 7 guests perfectly, and I’d definitely come back! Great place to stay for your Tahoe visit. Location is perfect for ski resorts, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property is very cosy and is stocked with everything you will need.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was even nicer in person than the pictures. Very clean and quiet. The bed was also super comfortable, and I slept great, which is rare for me on most trips. It took me awhile to figure out, so for future guests especially when there isn’t a lot of snow: the easiest way to get up the mountain to ski is to walk up the Ski View road to the next set of condos beyond the trash bins, walk down the small hill, and ski perpendicularly across the trail to get to the Big Springs Express gondola. When you’re done for the day, skiing down the Condo Run trail will bring you to the backside of this place. Pretty convenient.

This place is an ideal location, right in the Village at Palisades. You go downstairs and you're in the middle of the action, with restaurants, shops, and skiing all right there. It was also great to have an underground parking spot included, which made it really easy to get in and out on a busy weekend. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable (double?) sofabed in the family room. Also a kitchen with everything you might need. The balcony that overlooks the Village is also great. We did run into a little bit of a noise issue from some of the raucous folks having fun below at the Pub, but I guess that's to be expected during a holiday week. Matthew and Katie were super responsive, helpful, and generous in trying to help us during our stay. Overall if you are looking to be close to the action and like having super responsive hosts, then this is the spot!

We had an incredible stay at this ski-in, ski-out condo! The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps from the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for getting first tracks in the morning and skiing right back for lunch or après-ski. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Tracy was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. After long days on the mountain, relaxing by the fireplace was the perfect way to end the day. We can’t wait to come back next season. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch ski getaway!

Great place in truckee. Very well equipped especially for families with little ones. Hot tub was a nice plus for mom and dad to relax a bit. We will definitely rent again!

This house is unbelievable! The pictures don’t do justice! The views of the lake are even better in person! The lake looks so close! The house is very big and spacious. Very clean too. We felt very comfortable. Worth the money!

The condo was incredible. Great location in Northstar. Easy access to lifts including the ability to ski right to the back of the condo at the end of the day. We absolutely loved our stay and will look to book again!

We loved our stay at Suzanne’s! First, this was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. This means a lot since we have two toddlers who spend a lot of time on the floor. It was truly spotless and beautiful. Suzanne was super helpful and responded right away to any question. The home had everything we needed and was close to lots of fun sledding, tubing, skiing, and all things snow! Highly recommend!
