Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Family gathered from multiple states to enjoy a long weekend together and it was 10/10 experience for us. The pool table and hot tub were great entertainment. Plus the set up of the backyard and courtyard were so relaxing and encouraged great connections. Each of the living space rooms were large enough to accommodate all the company. The bedrooms were spacious. The drive to downtown was so easy- 10min or less. Wow- what a fabulous property! The hosts were responsive and friendly. Very happy with this property.

We loved the home and would definitely book this place again. Well stocked kitchen and many board games for the kids to play. Our family had an awesome time. The little ones are already asking when we’re coming back.

Perfect location for skiing Heavenly Resort! It only took 5-10 minutes to get to the mountain and the Safeway grocery is two minutes from home, very convenient. Coming home to the hot tub and huge indoor pool was very comforting and soothed the sore muscles. Lots of room in the home and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a winter storm while there and the 14” of snow was cleaned up at 7:30am so we were able to get out and back to the mountain with no problem. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the place. Thanks for the home away from home!

The home was better than the description and exceeded our expectations. Great place for a family vacation. My family of 6 was very comfortable, had lots of room and enjoyed the great amenities. According to the kids, the only thing missing in the house was a second game controller for the video game system in the upper loft. Nevertheless, the kids found a way to make do with just one controller. Jenny & Yadira are very responsive, proactive hosts and a pleasure to work with. Email communication was always quick and clear. My family and I hope to return to this home again next year.

This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sean's place! The open kitchen/dining/living room layout felt very inviting, and the cabin was well appointed overall. It was great to have the garage available, especially with the heavy snow.

A perfect home for a getaway weekend. It was minutes to Heavenly slopes and all the local shops. The house had a comfortable cabin feel, was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth trip.

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, cozy, wonderful in every way. The pictures do not make it justice, the place is much nicer in person. Thank you Eric and Chanda for hosting us.

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This was a great place for a Tahoe vacation for my dad and I. The house is very nice, has comfortable furniture, and is situated in a very peaceful area yet extremely accessible to other areas of north Tahoe.

This was a great home with plenty of room for us to hang out as a group and cook together! Martin was very responsive when we had questions. Parking was also easy. I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Larid cabin! The home was comfy, clean and walking distance to the private beach, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Communication clear and the host always responded quickly. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, wonderful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! Worth every penny!

Went up for my birthday recently with my friends and had a great time! The place and location were amazing. Vasily made everything really easy and fun, great communication and I would easily go back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, both indoors and outdoors - from kitchen essentials to outdoor seating and games. The place was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We also received great support and quick responses from both the owner and the property manager, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended - we’d definitely love to come back!

We lived here for two nights on our Tahoe ski trip and had a wonderful and comfortable stay! The hosts were very clear with the check-in and check-out instructions and the home itself had everything we needed and felt spacious and cozy.

We went for a short ski trip with the family. It was conveniently located to Heavenly ski resort! VERY clean. Janel was very helpful and a great communicator. We had a nice time!

My friends and I loved staying at Samantha’s place. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and this one was the best stocked, most accurately described, and had the coziest vibes.
