this place was oerfect for my family snowboarding trip. shamus booked us and got us into the room in just a few hours as this was a last minute booking. walkable to stagecoach lift was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This property offers an exceptional experience, perfectly situated for skiiers. The well-maintained and thoughtfully designed home provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Professional housekeeping ensures a spotless stay, and the cozy sofa bed and high-quality mattress guarantee restful nights. Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and demonstrating flexibility with check-in/check-out times.

Four perfect nights of amazing access to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe. Our studio condo was easy to check-in/out, the amenities were accessible, using Marriott is easy as can be. The location couldn't be better, everything from ski rentals to a coffee shop is at your door-step. The location truly made our stay extremely special a father/son ski vacation. My 13 year old and I are very grateful for your hospitality and cannot wait to visit again!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

The place is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities like a pool/ hot tub/ and adequate gym. Feels like a safe location with a walking trail right outside. Get beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Would stay here again

For the price, this place is amazing! Very spacious and so close to the lifts! Our group had a great time here. It’s an economy listing, so it comes as no surprise that there are few on-site amenities and the space is a bit outdated (I.e. carpet in the bathroom), but it was perfectly clean and, again, PHENOMENAL for the price! Very cozy layout and in the heart of Palisades.

Erika was a fantastic host. Clear communication, super helpful, and made everything easy. The place was cozy and perfect for our snowboarding trip. My son and I had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ok, I can’t say enough about this place! It is absolutely beautiful!! The furniture & decor are so so beautiful. Gorgeous plants everywhere inside & out. All toiletries were provided. The most comfortable bed & linens. It was quiet, peaceful & private, just what we like. Marias place is spotless also. We’ve stayed in places literally around the world and this is in the top 5! A big roomy bathroom was so nice. We wish so bad we could’ve stayed longer but we were just passing through. We definitely will be back!

Spacious, beautiful place. Very responsive and proactive host. Would 1000% stay here again. We were on a ski trip to Tahoe and decided to stay in Reno to save money and get a bigger place then what was affordable up the mountain. 45 minutes to Northstar, 1 hour to Heavenly. Best move ever. I don't think the pics give enough of an idea of just how nice it is, because we all walked in and there was a "wow" moment. Maybe that's actually a good thing? The pics were nice enough for us to book but left room for us to be pleasantly surprised? It's the details I think. Everything is high quality and not just the cheapest furnishings you could find at IKEA (like many airbnbs). The couches are comfortable, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the towels are thick and rich, the kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled, the washing machine is a giant home model... and not a tiny hotel or apartment model... even the window shutters feel quality. Also it was squeaky clean. Would definitely come back!

We had a very comfortable stay here. Nice house, newly remodeled. Comfortable beds. A/C and heat. Well stocked kitchen. Responsive hosts who were kind enough to give us late check out. Great location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for us

Garrison was a very responsive host. The check in was smooth and the home was clean and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen and the bottled water and bottle of wine waiting for us was a very nice touch. Books, games and television are readily available. It would be nice to have nice restaurants at a closer distance. Over all our stay was quite nice and the home is very comfortable.

This cabin was great for a family ski trip to Sierra. It's cozy, clean, and kid-friendly, and a reasonably short drive from both Sierra and South Lake Tahoe. The open family room was great, with plenty of couch space for everyone to relax in the evening. It could be a bit more private - e.g. the hot tub (which is nice!) is near the road - but the neighborhood is quiet and all the houses are set well apart. Overall a really nice place; we'd definitely stay here again.

A very nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for our few days in Reno. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, but just be mindful if there are other tenants in the back units they will be right next to you and therefore no privacy if you’re in the backyard. But I give it a great rating as it served our needs perfectly. The host Jo is extremely responsive and accommodating and we were able to check in early

awesome holiday experience, particularly enjoyed the sunset, sunrise view over large windows, and liked every detail of the house and equipments, we plan to buy some of the products this house had such as the cosy warm blankets, great quality kitchen supplies etc, the listing info was very accurate and we had no trouble in anything, also hosts available to help you when we had questions.

I would 100% recommend this spot for anyone who loves a great airbnb and responsive host!

Thomas was very proactive in giving us directions and details about checking in. The condo was lovely and also clean. Thomas also left us special homemade treats and a bottle of wine which was so thoughful of him.. We would stay again.

Great place to stay for your Tahoe visit. Location is perfect for ski resorts, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property is very cosy and is stocked with everything you will need.

I got what I was told I was getting. It is perfect for 2 and a bit crowded for 4 but it was worth it for the location for my family of 4.. Bed was comfy, the fold out not as much but it worked for us. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, communication was great, and even inside instructions for how to work things was very clear and concise. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying in this one-bedroom condo right on the lake in Lake Tahoe. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Heavenly for skiing, and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The condo itself was cozy, well-kept, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with Dolores was quick and helpful. She was just so lovely and pleasant throughout our stay! We loved being able to head out for skiing during the day and return in the evening to enjoy the peaceful lake views. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy all Tahoe has to offer!
