We had a great 2 night stay. The deck was a good spot for our 2 year old because he could run free and we didn't have to worry about him falling in the water. Our 7 year old caught a catfish right off deck as well, and learned how to kayak.

Left this review for the apartment portion, when I should have posted it here. Just know that you have to rent both listings like we did to get full use of the property. Beautiful home that was perfect for our family getaway. Highly recommend renting both the main house and the attached apartment for the most privacy. Beds were very comfortable and steam function in master bedroom felt like we were at a spa! Chuck and Jennifer are very helpful and responsive. We had a great time!

We loved our Texas Glamping experience! The decorations were adorable. We had everything we could have possibly needed. It was quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Host were awesome and responded quickly. Great hosts and would love to stay with them again. Very flexible with check in and check out. For the price and space, it’s a steal.

Kerry is a wonderful person and joy to talk to. The trailer has everything we needed very neat and clean. The quail were wonderful to watch and listen to. My dogs loved the outdoors and property was very nice. I hope to stay again soon and bring my son who lives in Indiana to see the hill country soon when he gets a vacation.

We absolutely Loved our stay. It was private & secluded away from all the city noise we are use to! We can't wait to come back when we have more time to stay like our anniversary! We have never stayed in a glamper AND THIS STAY BLEW ME AWAY! EVERY DETAIL WAS THOUGHT THROUGH. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful peaceful retreat!

Internet didn’t work, but we didn’t need it anyway. Gate code was an issue, didn’t always work and was very temper mental Water pressure was very low and. I got water, but host fixed it immediately. Overall great stay for our group.

Niza was probably the best host I have met on Airbnb. The Keurig wasn’t working, so when I reached out to Niza, she ended up bringing new later that day. Her rules are not hard to follow and she didn’t give a huge list of tasks needed prior to checkout. I will say definitely check in during the day time because the entrance is hidden. The outside was so pretty and it truly felt like a little getaway! The wifi was splotchy so definitely use a hotspot. 10/10

If your agenda is peace and relaxation, look no further. The Casita is well-appointed, and stocked with personal touches that really made us feel well-cared for. It was spotless, smelled amazing, and great furnishing with the most comfortable sleeping area we’ve had in an Airbnb! The back patio is a huge draw with beautiful scenery and room to let your cares melt away. Thank you Dawn for being a great hostess and allowing us use of your beautiful space and for an amazing cause! We left with great memories and would love a chance to stay again whenever we feel like a quick getaway.
