Tim's place is lovely very close to rye town centre and the parking space is next to the fish market and food bar.The bed was comfortable and loads of hot water in a well fitted shower room.Steps to bedrooms are very steep ,but we managed fine.Its a cottage so limited storage but enough for a short stay.Have already recommended to others and would definitely book again.

This past week was such a treat! Stewart’s place is so fantastic - the images really don’t do it justice! It is stylish, thoughtful and generous in its design and furnishing. The property gets beautiful light, and is peaceful even though it’s right in the centre of everything. Stewart gave suggestions of things to do and places to go. We will definitely be returning🌟

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

We spent a fabulous weekend at James' place. From the easy access and chilled presecco in the fridge (thank you!) to the comfortable, clean, quiet environment. It is dog friendly, safe and with a beautiful garden. Plenty to do locally. Thank you James. Coming again if you will have us!!!

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

James was an excellent host. Communicative, responsive and nothing too much trouble. The venue was as described and squeaky clean. Great facilities which kept us constantly entertained. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Cannot recommend the accommodation of James highly enough. Thank you once again.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! We had a lovely couple of nights in the caravan as a family of 5. Good fun for the children during half term, we used the pool and the crazy golf on site, but the best part of the stay was the location, being a great base for visits to the stunning Botany Bay, the fun of Margate, the charm of Whitstable. A really cost effective getaway for the Easter holiday.

Had the perfect stay at Oceanfront Bliss, so peaceful with outstanding views. The place was perfectly presented with all the amenities required during our stay. Our 1 year old had the best time with plenty of space and children's toys to play with. Great communication by the host. Wish we stayed longer and will defiantly be returning in the future.

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Such a beautiful cosy perfect little place we fell in love with it the minute we walked through the garden gate, cute, quaint and abit like stepping back in time, an evening in front of the fire on the comfy sofa with a cup of tea after a very windswept walk across the nature reserve was an absolutely perfect Sunday, followed by a great sleep in the super comfy bed , and croissant and fresh coffee for Breakfast kindly left by Lynda who was such a lovely helpful host, we will absolutely be back to stay for longer in the summer, one of our most favorite Air bnb accomodations by far 🙂

Lovely little space in a picturesque location right next to the park and a short walking distance from the seaside. Roger was very friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had a wonderful time at Harbour Cottage. The cottage is ideally located over the road from Whitstable Harbour and its market, and is close to the High Street with its many restaurants and shops. There and 3 pubs within 2 a minute walk; we particularly liked the Fountain, tucked away on Bexley Street just behind the main road on a pretty pedestrianised street. The cottage itself is lovely and well equipped, with plenty of room (our group consisted of 5 adults, 2 children and a dog) . The back garden is a little sun trap. The stairs, particularly to the attic bedroom, are steep and need to be navigated with care, but adds to the adventure! Our family took three cars and we were a little worried about parking, however despite all arriving at different times on a busy Friday afternoon / evening, all of us managed to secure a on street parking spot close by.
