We recently spent 5 days at Peaceful Peak, and cannot recommend it enough! Jennifer and Travis are responsive and friendly, they truly want you to enjoy the home. The house is on top of a mountain, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I told my husband if we move to the area, I may just hire Jennifer as my interior decorator! Everything is top-notch and super clean with a beautiful view. The digital guide Jennifer provides is very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peaceful Peak, and know you will too!

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A large spacious home with an open floor plan. The backyard had such a beautiful view. The house was beautifully decorated with such a Home away from home feel! So close to Bristol motor speedway!!! My family of eight hung out by the pool, grilled steaks and cooked casseroles in the two ovens!! The hostess was so sweet, she provided everything we needed from sunscreen to towels to spices! This house has it all everything we needed!!! Master suite is a plus! If we go to the races next year will definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Had a great stay! We weren’t able to get the hot tub working and had an issue with one of the outdoor TV’s but overall it was great and we would stay again!

Beautiful home in a quiet location. This was a perfect spot for a small group to spend a week together. Kitchen was big enough for all of us to cook together. Living rooms on both floors were comfortable and had lots of great natural light. Would definitely come back.

Stayed here for a week , had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Place is quiet with no neighbors and a small stream across the street . There is a cool old confederate era cemetery located a few hundred yards behind the house that the owner Danial gave us permission to go check out . Danial stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we had everything we needed . Donna who runs the Airbnb page for him was also very friendly and helpful and gave us some local food recommendations. This was perfect for us to fish the Watauga and about 25 minute drive to head up to fish the south Holston river . Hopefully we can stay here when we return to fish the area again .

We loved our stay at the Hixon Ave. property. The host and co-host responded instantly to all of our messages and took care of everything we needed on our stay. The property is exactly like the images. No complaints with our stay

Bristol became a great place to stop between long trips. Would highly recommend this host, Air BNB and town.

It is a small and older house, but the owner is clearly updating and renovating it. The inside has a happy decorating theme. Lots of wall decor or scenes painted on it. Parking is right next to the house on the driveway. There is a good size garden in the back and front. VERY quiet side street with minimal traffic. All rooms on the ground floor with one step up to the front door. Nice kitchen and spacious bathroom. Dishwasher was convenient. HUGE washer and dryer take up a bit of space in the kitchen. We stayed only for one night but it would be lovely for a week or longer as well. Thermostat is on the wall between the bedrooms, but hidden behind a macrame wall decor. House is close to downtown (about 2 miles). Polite host who replies quickly.

Very nice accommodations. Nicely decorated. Polly paid a lot of attention to the details in her unit, e.g. lovely artwork, nice silverware and dishes (not cheap dollar store brand), Brita water filter in fridge, high wattage light bulbs that you can actually read by and use to put on your makeup. We were able to choose our own entry code. Lots of comfortable seating. Plenty of parking. We are recommending Polly's place to other family who will be visiting in the area.

House is clean, beds are nice. Having the fenced in yard is great for the dog.

This house this small but very cute and worked for what we needed. Close to a lot of things (grocery, speedway, state street, etc.)

Great little ranch house on a beautiful hillside. The house is actually larger than the pictures make it seem. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

It was a great place to stay with family. There were so many compliments for the house and for Dwight.

Loved staying at this house. The kids loved the pingpong, corn hole, and pool tables, and the hot tub and outdoor patio were great spots to hang out after the kids went to bed. Lots of outdoor space to play, very quiet area. The house is laid out interestingly, but it works very well for entertainment! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Airbnb should add a search category for homes with live plants. It was a really nice touch to an already amazing house. We loved everything about our stay - the home was comfortable, clean and spacious, the adorable town was very walkable, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Host was very nice and communicated very well with quick responses. Provided items that someone might leave at home on accident. I would stay there again and recommend them to anyone.
