We had a great stay! Check-in was seamless, and parking was extremely easy, which made arriving stress-free. The town is quaint and charming, adding to the overall experience. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided spices and olive oil. The bathroom was convenient, though it’s worth noting that you do have to walk through the bedroom to access it—not an issue for two people, but something to keep in mind. While the couch wasn’t the most comfortable for lounging and watching TV, the overall space was warm and inviting. There was some street noise, but nothing too disruptive. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it. Five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was very close to town and worked out perfectly for our event. The hosts were very helpful and we would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

This is a very cute place, centrally located to restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodations were fabulous. The place was clean and inviting. I will stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you for an awesome place!

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

Tara was more than accommodating regarding the request for an early check in and responded to questions quickly and clearly. The house was clean and check in was very smooth with no issues.

Everything about the house was great. It was tastfully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The carport was nice to park under. We did unplugged the air fresheners while we were there and the step up from the carport to the house is a bit steep. All in all we would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

We, 3 adult family, stayed a month and really enjoyed this property. Off street parking, a nice porch with barbecue, and garden area and a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to supermarket (and farmers market, which starts mid April) and a couple of restaurants. A longer walk to downtown. It is comfortably furnished and had plenty of kitchen items, crockery and utensils. Linens were fine with plenty of extra pillows, sheets etc. Extra touches like candy, wine and snacks on arrival. Plenty of laundry cleaner and soaps etc. Full range of shows on TV (no TV in bedrooms) and good Wifi speed. Sarah was responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are glad and lucky to have chosen it for the first phase of our relocation to NE TN. Thanks again Sarah.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Had great weekend stay! The house was convenient to everything while being in a residential area. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group. And the sleeper sofa being in a separate room from the living room worked out great. Older house with beautiful updates, decor, and everything we needed, including washer & dryer that were great for washing soccer uniforms in between games (and there was laundry soap!) The kitchen was spacious with a separate dining room. We all had plenty of space to hang out. We appreciated the extension cords, since the home didn’t have lots of outlets. Two of the bathrooms were small but it was great to have three bathrooms each with showers. And the little touches were really helpful, like some coffee pods, sugar, and powdered creamer, as well as plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We didn’t have to run to the store to stock anything (other than food). Never heard or saw the upstairs tenant so that wasn’t ever an issue

Danny’s place was perfect for us! The location allowed easy travel to many of East Tennessee’s attractions, and really good trout fishing is only minutes away. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleep through our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in this area. Special Note: The treats Danny provided in the home were awesome, and very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing and travel!

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

We very much enjoyed our stay!

First of all, the mix of exposed bricks and a more modern look was fantastic. Had everything you would need and more. Crap I forgot my ice cream in the freezer. That water pressure was amazing!!!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Our stay was perfect! It was so convenient to the South Building at the speedway where we had an event.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

This is a great place to stay if you want a location that is secure and centrally located to access for the trip-cities area. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. Host made sure to have all the “extras” needed for our stay. They also went over and above by offering us cleaning services during our extended stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.
