Wonderful place!!! Looked just like the photos. Location, location, location very walkable to restaurants, the park overlooking the beach ⛱️ it was in the center of everything. There was a parking garage which was great because we had a rental car. The hosts were very communicative and responded timely. Only thing is we weren't able to gain access to the laundry closet because it was accidentally locked and no one was able to come out and unlock it. Other than that great stay! Will be back and book again!

Antonette and Ava were responsive and polite. All amenities were in working order and the view of the ocean from that top floor was just spectacular. I also felt very secure at the accommodation. There's a little walk from the parking, but nothing to complain about. Downtown is a maze for me, so I got lost trying to find the entrance to the apartments, but the moment I called the co-host, she was always responsive and helpful. Definitely will be a return customer.

It's the perfect location for a stop off after coming from the airport. Beautiful apartment with lovely views over the sea, and for watching the ships and planes take off. The craft market is nearby to get souvenirs of your visit and host was very responsive, patient and helpful during our stay.

The bnb was great. Loved the way the unit was set up. Great to see the ocean out of the windows. The place was clean, neat and comfortable. The unit is well placed in near downtown kingston and close to so many fun things to see and experience. Great communication with Nadine.

So the host she was very great response time within one minute I will say I would love to stop there again. This lady is perfect and I will always give her the respect. for the complex I will say SECURITY is very tight, polite and assured the Artemos respect nice place.

Had a amazing 2 weeks, quiet building. Roof top was awesome with the views. Pool outside was clean. The apartment was perfect for our stay! Short walk to a store. Couldn't complain about a thing! Definitely looking to come back again, car rental was easy and well priced. This Airbnb's host was top notch!

They were incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The property was just as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Vår vistelse hos Julia i 3 veckor har varit toppen! Fridfullt och säkert område som det är lätt att ta sig runt i Kingston från med uber. Lägenheten var som på bilderna och vi var mycket nöjda. Omgivningen i trädgården och området är jättevackert. Kändes också säkert att ha värden på plats och vi fick alltid ett trevligt bemötande och snabba svar när vi undrade något. Relommenderar starkt detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka. Vatten och el har fungerat fläckfritt under vår vistelse.

Where do I begin! If 10 stars were an option, I would give it!! Kenneth was an amazing host, from the check-in walkthrough to check out. He promptly responded to every question and request. The suite was spotless and well maintained, everything was as described and then some! I needed a quiet, peaceful, and secure place to stay and I got that in spades. This was my first visit, and I will be back again in the future. Kodos Kenneth, keep up the great work!

I had a fantastic stay at Marilyn’s apartment in New Kingston! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s in a convenient location—close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, but still peaceful enough to relax. Marilyn was a wonderful host: warm, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Kingston and would happily stay here again as I lost count of the number of times I stayed here. So really it's my 2nd home!

Fayon’s unit is great! From the location to the clean smell that greeted us when we arrived, not to mention her responsiveness. We were very impressed and happy. We accidentally left two items behind and Fayon went above and beyond to ensure we got them. Thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.

Everything was clean location is private and secure it not too far from one of my favorite places Devon House and all the surrounding shops/ restaurants. Host was amazing. I forgot my phone inside the unit, and upon returning late at night, I forgot the pass code to get inside. I called the host and he responded, so I'm thankful for that. So sorry for waking our host.

Would recommend Safia’s apartment. The location is ideal and the apartment is spacious, artsy and well furnished. Safia is also accommodating and responsive.

Great stay. the Host was very professional, understanding and helpful. The appartement is rather small but all you need is there, it's perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Quiet and safe place, ideally located with short distance by car from every amenities. I definitely recommand! thanks!

The location of the villa is ideal hosting a pool and beach front. Villa is also nicely decorated

I had a great time staying at Yumiko’s place. Very nice set up with the rooms overlooking the yard. My friend who is a musician stayed with me and made a good connections there and hopes to come back and check out the studio next time The room was comfortable and lots of nice fruit trees in the yard I would be glad to come back 😊
