Had a lovely stay here at the lodge it’s very modern very clean and overall lovely It is a beautiful lodge

Amazing place. Perfectly matched the photos, incredibly clean. It was so immaculate it was almost as if no one had ever visited before but at the same time it's so homely! Hot tub was clean and private and the back is completely enclosed if you have young kids or dogs. Bed was super comfy. Check in was really easy due to clear instructions and friendly staff. Host really proactive on messages and gave local food recommendations. 30 mins from York city centre and 1hr 20mins from North East coast. Can't wait to come back soon! :)

Great mini escape for 2 nights, situated on a lovely site. The reception area was great, friendly staff sharing the information for the site. The lodge was lovely, clean, tidy and the hot tub perfect. The hot tub was checked each morning. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

Vanessa was very friendly gave clear and detailed directions to get to the property and instructions to get inside. the property was immaculate and felt so homely and comfortable. little touches are made to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying at Vanessa's place we can't wait to stay again

Had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin especially the little extras like board games. It’s very dog friendly with the balcony. Would have loved to use the bbq but the weather wasn’t so kind with the wind. All in all great place to stay and plenty of things to do in the area. Thanks again

Our stay was absolutely amazing . the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you need. also quite a comfy bed which is quite surprising. all bedding was clean. 5 minutes to shops and to activities. and host was very responsive if you need any help . would definitely stay again 🙂

Just what we needed - and more. A local base to bed-down whilst visiting family nearby - without getting under their feet too much. All clean, tidy and cosy. Kate was super-welcoming - showing us to the door and checking we could operate the heating, etc. A lovely setting, right on the waterfront. A handy location for the new Vermuyden Way parkrun which has recently started in Belton/Sandtoft.

We had a lovely family stay at Squirrel Lodge. It is easy to find, and is a really nice stay with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great living space. We felt very at home, and had a fantastic time. The hosts were very friendly in the build up and we didn’t have any issues or problems. The lodge is warm, clean and tidy. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Soho by the Sea. Such a peaceful location with a beautiful beach so close by.

Excellent place, pretty much brand new. Lovely quiet site that’s really well kept everywhere you go. Lodge is well fitted out with luxury features like Sonos and a hot tub. Highly recommended.

An amazing stay! The Airbnb had absolutely stunning views that made every morning and evening a dream. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It was also great for dogs, with plenty of space and nearby areas for walks. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

What an amazing spot. Lovely peaceful stay at the cabin. Beautiful scenery and so quiet. Francesca is a fantastic host, the place was spotless on arrival and just as described, it had everything we needed. The cabin is so cosy with gorgeous views of the lake and the birds. We had a great stay and would love to stay again in the summer time. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

We had a lovely weekend at Eagle Lodge. The lodge was much bigger than we thought it would be. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. It was very clean and felt really comfortable. We will definitely want to stay again. Easilets were really responsive and a huge help. Thank you xx
