A well appointed flat, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location for exploring the city of Hull. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay but with everything you need (including lovely fresh bread!) on your doorstep. Abbie was a great host, always quick to respond, and we had a perfect stay.

what a beautiful home - I felt relaxed from the outset, because this is a real lived in home it has everything you need to properly make the most of the space. the kitchen is fully equipped, the flat is practical and well laid out. and the decor and feel is just gorgeous. carys is proactive and responsive and has a lovely clear and detailes info pack in the flat.

Best place to stay in Hull. Just 10 mins walk from station and the place matches exactly as per the description and photos. Would love to stay again soon.

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

Wonderful stay for a large group. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Great communication from Annette who gave us some lovely recommendations. The hosts really go above and beyond and the property was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely accomodation & hosts - would recommend! I stayed here during my student placement and could not have chosen somehwere better. Home is clean and tidy with adequate amenities. I also received a deep clean throughout my stay due to the extended period I had booked which was extremely useful. Hosts are both lovely and very accommodating to any questions or problems I had in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met and I could not fault them for anything. I felt safe and well communicated with during my stay which is something I found valuable when staying alone.

A lovely, spacious family home with plenty of room for everyone. The setting suited us perfectly, a big private driveway, lots of parking, and backing on to open fields. The kitchen diner is a great space, with patio doors out to a large garden. The sitting room is also lovely and very spacious. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with the basics, there was a big range cooker which was perfect as we were cooking for a small family gathering. With such a large space downstairs and all the facilities, it was also easily accessible for family members who are not so mobile. The location is very easy to find, a few minutes from the M180 but in the peaceful village of Belton. Alison was very helpful, always quick to respond, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we had a great stay, thank you.

Wow!! Absolutely stunning home, the photos don't do it justice. The house is pristine, smells amazing and has everything you could possibly need inside plus more. The bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch upon arrival. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed by us all, however only small recommendation (no pun intended) is a stool provided for us shorties to get in and out more elegantly lol. Wish we had booked longer, thank you so much for having us in your beautiful home ♡

What a lovely place. So spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked the beds were comfy and everything was straight forward and easy to use. The garden area was delightful. Overall would highly recommend !

We had a lovely stay at the seaside snug. Positioned perfectly just a few minutes walk from the beach/cafes/restaurants etc. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay with young children. The hosts were very responsive and always happy to answer questions/accommodate requests. Would definitely stay again next time we visit ☺️

Very comfortable stay in Caroline's beautiful house. Well located, close to large Tesco and other local shops. Just be careful if bringing young kids as is facing quite a busy road! House very clean and plenty of comfortable seating and beds with loads of space to unwind. Well equipped kitchen and even a Nespresso machine if you want to do any cooking. Hot tub was a massive bonus and my kids loved it! Would definitely rebook if ever back to Hornsea!

We had a fantastic time at Claire's house. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious - we all wanted to move in full-time! The kitchen is a chef's dream come true - we cooked a big family meal & had all the supplies needed. The house is a short walk to the waterfront, town, shops, restaurants and pubs. Our host was very friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend Claire's place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Hornsea.

Great little apartment, perfect if you're staying in the area for work or holiday! when you first arrive, stop at the black bull inn pub, as that's where you will be parking, and the easiest way to find Stephen (the landlord).

Lovely big apartment felt at home straight away. Has everything you want. Bedroom is nice and cosy, we slept really well. Bathroom is very nice and modern, lovely big powerful shower. Kitchen is fitted out well , with the washing machine and tumble dryer. But also a washing line outside, in a small courtyard, we had lovely weather so this came in useful. Right on the seafront and parking was easy to find. Adrian is on hand to answer any questions. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great base for overnight stop in Hull. 5 mins walking distance into the City Great communication. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than the official check in time which was really good which really helped when you are only stopping one night. Would recommend.

Excellent accommodations first a weekend away with friends. Loves having two bedrooms and a common living area. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Also really great that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge!

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold. And if it’s relevant for you, be assured there’s a good InstaVolt EV charger just 4 minutes down the road at the MacDonalds

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

Jodie did everything she could to ensure we had a great stay, which we did. The flat is as described and very central in Beverley. Having a private parking space is a real bonus in a town centre with no free parking nearby. Very comfortable accommodation and the shower was great with excellent water pressure! Great value for money for a solo or couple looking to explore the town for a few nights.
