A huge thank you to Rebecca and AJ, as I have found my perfect place to stay in Totnes! The flat is brilliantly located, walkable in minutes from station or town but beautifully quiet. Spacious, spotless, light and airy and nicely furnished; well-equipped kitchen, big bathroom with fluffy towels and the bed (with quality crisp linen) was so comfortable I wanted to take it away with me. Lots of useful local information supplied for visitors. Grateful to my hosts for their consistently helpful and prompt communications, such as about parking etc, and also for flexibility when a car breakdown on my morning of departure meant I might’ve needed to ask for another night (I didn’t need to, but the reassurance was appreciated!) Many thanks for a lovely stay that more than fulfilled all my expectations, and I very much hope to come back for another visit.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

The photos do not do this place justice at all. Absolutely lovely home and couldn’t recommend enough. Despite being a dog friendly place, it smelled lovely and was exceptionally clean. Host was great and communicated well. Check in was easy and the flat had everything you could possibly want. Situated a stones throw from a few shops, a petrol station, a pub and also the beach…you couldn’t pick this apartment up and drop it in a better location. We are already looking at dates to go back.

Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

Second time we have stayed here and as our last visit the apartment was clean modern and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great too 5 minutes walk from the town with a large private garden. Very good value for money thanks David

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

We had a warm friendly welcome from Jo - especially for our greyhound! The apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach.

Emily was a brilliant host and always both helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The flat is so cosy and is in a lovely safe location so close to the sea. Would definitely stay here again! x

We had a wonderful stay, loved the view of the water and harbour. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking a meal or some baking, everything from a whisk, seive, measuring jug to rolling pin. Jacqui is an amazing host, she went above and beyond and even offered and drove us to the local train station. Definitely can recommend.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Ideal for staying with a dog. It is walkable to the Riviera Centre and the sea. Stephen recommended places to visit.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at George’s place , great location and on site parking was an added bonus . Communal corridor wasn’t as much as an issue as if you were there in the summer because it was very quiet when we stayed The issue we had got rectified straight away by Sarah , bedside lights with no usb plug attached but we asked them about it and some were delivered within the hour .

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The annex was very clean and tidy, lovely decor, great location everything was less than a 10 minute drive away!!!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this gem of an apartment. stunning views ,fantastic facilities & absolutely zero complaints! We hope to return! Thank you 😊

We had the best stay at Seaflowers! We even managed to make the most of the hot tub which was a bonus. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

Great place for a girls getaway. Lovely location within easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Place was clean and as described, flexible with check in and check out (due to nobody being in after us). I would stay there again.
