Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

We had an amazing stay! Pauline was a lovely and responsive host, making sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was fantastic, with stunning views that made our trip even more special. We really appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing even though in the center of town. The garden is large, serene, and lovely. We were there as flowers and trees were beginning to bloom. We definitely recommend this place for one or two people and would stay again if in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

A great place (well equipped and much more spacious than it first looks) and the location is fantastic - just 2 mins walk from the pub and beach. I'd highly recommend it for a stay any time of the year.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

We had a lovely time at Steve’s place. It was just what we needed for the three of us. Very comfortable and warm, had everything that we could have needed in terms of amenities and was walking distance from the estuary, deli and pub. We also found the beds very comfy!!

Beautiful house, lovely large, light and airy bedrooms. Extremely clean, very well equipped. Easy walk to town or beach. Elizabeth is very responsive to messages, helpful and friendly . The welcome gifts were very generous and kind. Would heartily recommend a stay here.

We are just back from a wonderful week at Vomero, traveling with my 7 year old son, husband, and father in law. The flat was lovely with great views and peaceful gardens. Louise and Sean were great hosts (even after we locked both sets of keys in the flat and Sean had to go in through the window - sorry Sean....) and we'll definitely be back, if they'll have us.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk from Brixham Harbour and a great place to explore the local area. We had a lovely getaway and Paula was so helpful. All your needs are catered for. Highly recommended!

The Garden Retreat is a perfect sanctuary in Brixham. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of the garden with stunning views over Brixham, bird song and church bells too. Moira has thought of everything to make this place a perfect home from home and we’d love to come back again in future. The Prosecco, beer, milk and supplies were very welcome. We loved our time in Brixham; fantastic restaurants, amazing views and the Fish Market tour and breakfast is not to be missed. Many thanks again Moira x

I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at Phil and Laraine’s beautiful Airbnb. The property had absolutely incredible sea views , waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated with a lovely coastal feel that made it feel instantly welcoming. Phil and Laraine were fantastic hosts, warm, friendly, and respectful of privacy. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into making the stay special. It was the perfect escape from the busy day-to-day, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm coastal getaway. I’d love to return one day!

Wonderful stay! Private entrance, great parking. 20 min downhill walk into town and we got a taxi back for £7. Beautiful location and views of the sea. Quirky patio area that you can use with lots of interesting statues. Lovely annexe , very clean with everything you need. Nice clean bathroom and hot shower. Neil was very responsive to messages and helpful. Will defiantly stay again ☺️

A perfect little place to stay in Paignton - close to the seafront, shops, etc. The room was warm & cosy, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, would recommend.

A lovely break in Brixham. Chris has a superb apartment, spotless and stylishly decorated. Exactly as described with every amenity possible. Fully equipped kitchen and a lovely sitting area to watch a large TV. Comfortable bedroom and lovely outside space. Chris was a very responsive and helpful host, answering our questions very promptly. The property is situated approx a 10 minute walk downhill to the town and harbour where there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Chris recommended the coast path to the Nature Reserve and that was lovely - a very nice cafe for refreshments- Guardhouse cafe. Our fav restaurants were Olive and La Petite Maison whilst Liberty have some amazing cocktails. Walking back home up the hill is a bit harder mind you. All in all, we had a delightful break in Brixham so thank you Chris for all your help. Gareth and Kay
