My friends and I visited Helena’s place and it was just perfect! It was clean and she had a lovely hamper for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and extremely walkable to the city. It rained for an entire afternoon on our stay but we chose to stay in and there were so many options of movies, games and books that kept us entertained. I would definitely come back :))

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. It was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Ann and David are super hosts, who have thought of everything and provided super tips on the local area. The cottage is perfectly appointed and beautifully finished. Their ability knows no bounds as demonstrated by the conversion of the garage (witnessed in our last stay) to an attractive, cosy studio all from reclaimed materials and finished to the same higb standard. Overall another amazing stay, we will definitely be back.

the house in Shaldon was so cosey, clean and easily accessible with modern furnishings. Shaldon is a pretty coastal village. We had 2 sunny days and walked along the coast to Maidencombe one day. would recommend London Inn, Shaldon bakery and the Ness. we took the train to Exeter everything was nearby and manageable without a car.

We loved every part of our stay at The Nest, Swallow's Flight. Lucia was the perfect host and welcoming from the out set providing useful accommodation info, a welcome guide and detailed arrival instructions. On arrival we felt immediately at home from the chalk written welcome sign and thoughtful extras including tasty local cookies, Salcombe chocolate, a lovely bottle of Cava and the most delicious (and most local milk) we have ever had from Coleridge Farm next door. Every detail had been thought of in the design and layout from guides, maps, to wood for the fire and toiletries and kitchen items, everything we should need or want. We felt so comfortable and cosy during our stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our Anniversary. I already miss the gorgeous window seat with cosy sheepskin, cushions and sunlight streaming in, the perfect seat for the morning coffee whilst bird watching! We only wished we had booked longer but hope to come return!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Le logement en lui-même est vraiment super. grande cuisine, chambres confortables, petite vue sur la mer, décoration très locale et familiale et un emplacement en plein milieu de Salcombe (un peu bruyant parfois, mais ça n'a pas dérangé nos enfants). c'était très pratique d'avoir accès au cabanon extérieur pour ranger la poussette ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, et l'accès n'est pas éclairé donc il est important d'avoir une lampe de poche. En dehors de ça, nous avons été enchantés de ce logement avec nos enfants de 16 mois et 3 ans, et aurons grand plaisir à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.
