Kini : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Un petit coin de paradis avec une vue à couper le souffle !!! Installé sur la terrasse, nous n'avions plus envie de bouger tellement elle est agréable et la vue splendide ! Idéal pour des couchers de soleil ! Antonis est serviable, sympathique, et généreux avec les voyageurs. Nous avons été gâtés : petits déjeuners, raki, spécialités locales nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le ménage est fait quotidienne et discrètement chaque jour, des serviettes de plage et de piscine / Jaccuzi à disposition ! Nous recommandons fortement le logement d'Antonis !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das airbnb hat eine fantastische Lage und die Kommunikation mit George lief auch super, er hat uns ein paar Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige kleine Manko ist das Bad, aber da kann man drüber hinwegsehen. Wenn wir nochmal in Syros sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall zurück.

Andrea’s Air bnb on the picture perfect island is Syros was a great base for us! It had a running and calm beach only an easy 10 minute walk and a great Tavern just a minute down the road. The house was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay! Andreas was very diligent and showed us everything in the house and how it worked. Pretty comfy bed too by Greek standards. Thanks Andreas! We miss Syros already!

Logement central, bien équipé, facile d'accès, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre, des restaurants et des commerces, chouette vue sur le port, je recommande et n'hésiterai pas y séjourner à nouveau.

This place was one of the best we stayed in Syros. It is a few seconds away from the shoreline and place where all the restaurants are. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and new. We enjoyed the terrace very much. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. We would certainly return when we are back in Kini. Kini is also one of the best places in Syros.

This was truly a wonderful experience, the place offered everything we could wish for, including a very hospitable host & a magical ocean view. We are definitely coming back, next time for a longer stay.

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το διαμερισματάκι ήταν πολύ ωραίο ανακαινισμένο είχε μια πολύ όμορφη βεράντα με ωραία θέα που μπορούσα να κάτσουν άνετα 4 -5 άτομα. Το μόνο πρόβλημα στην περιοχή είναι το πάρκινγκ. Επίσης θα πρέπει να ξέρει όποιος έρθει ότι υπάρχουν και τα σκαλοπάτια που πρέπει να κατέβεις και να ανέβεις για να φτάσεις στο λιμάνι και στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης η απόσταση ωστόσο είναι μικρή γύρω στα 7-8 λεπτά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια η για δύο ζευγάρια. θα περάσουν πολύ όμορφα. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι φιλικός, και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστούν

This place is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean. It is also in a marvelous location, close to Ermopouli port, restaurants and shops, but in a very quiet area. However, Konstantinos kindness made this the perfect trip. He picked us up at the port and helped us get settled. Syros is a beautiful island with great restaurants and wonderful people!

We spent 16 days at this lovely house - hosted by the warm and friendly Froso and her sweet husband. The house is great - solid, good quality and beautifully situated on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the ocean - and especially of the magical sunsets. We loved the "Kiosk" = out door Kitchen, but due to strong winds we could only use it some of the time. The indoor kitchen is also super nice with a great terrace with a dining table in front of the indoor kitchen. There is a super nice downstairs bedroom with aircon and a big bathroom. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have aircon and there is no door to close to into the bedroom though. Froso and her husband live in a different part of the house, which turned out to be a big plus: We felt like we had a couple of warm, loving and caring grand parents taking care of us - helping us with all our needs during our visit. We can absolutely recommend this house and these two lovely hosts to anyone wanting to visit lovely Tinos.

Wir können wirklich nur schwärmen! Jacob ist ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, und seine Eltern auch :) Er selbst war zwar leider nicht vor Ort, hat sich aber sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet, wirklich sehr schön. Extrem bequeme Matratze, Küche ausgestattet mit allen basics die für einen kurzes Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen benötigt werden. Sogar Kaffee für einen guten Start in den Tag ;) Anfang April ist noch nicht viel los in Kini, 2 bis 3 Restaurants sind nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Aber die schöne Küche lädt zum Kochen zu Hause ein. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber bei Sonnenschein ist die Veranda ein schöner Ort zum Lesen und das Leben genießen. Der Strand ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Ottimo soggiorno nella casa con la mia famiglia. Katerina è stata super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha consigliato molto bene. La casa ha soddisfatto perfettamente tutte le nostre esigenze. La spiaggia meravigliosa, comodissimo poter tornare a casa subito dopo un bagno.

Siamo stati benissimo nella piccola casa di Nikolas! Lui è molto cordiale e gentile, ci ha dato un passaggio dal porto a casa appena arrivati! La posizione è buona e ci si sposta a piedi in tranquillità, nonostante ciò noi abbiamo noleggiato un auto e Nikolas ci ha consigliato dove andare e dove parcheggiare. La casa è molto carina, con tutti i comfort fondamentali! Piccolo imprevisto sul check-out per colpa mia, ma Nikolas è stato comunque molto gentile! Siamo stati tanto bene! Grazie ❤️

Costas has found the perfect balance between accessibility and discretion. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic - if you like diving or snorkeling, you can even spot sea turtles in the bay below the house. It's the little things that make the difference and Costas makes that difference. Coffee, water and drinks are available on arrival and you are even spoiled with homemade food. Costas represents Greek hospitality at its best.

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto se non più bella, si gode di un tramonto spettacolare sulla splendida terrazza. Abbiamo molto sfruttato anche il bel barbecue (attenzione però dovete preconcordarlo con l'host ed essere prudenti visto il molto vento e il rischio di incendi). la spiaggia sotto casa è bellissima e anche le calette vicine sono spettacolari. Aria condizionata in due stanze su tre. Nikos è stato gentilissimo e sempre reattivo alle nostre richieste, lasciandoci anche un ouzo di benvenuto con alcuni formaggi e salumi locali. super consigliato se si è in gruppo

Πρώτες οικογενειακές διακοπές με τα 1 χρόνου δίδυμα κορίτσια μου και κάναμε την καλύτερη επιλογή στο που θα μείνουμε. Ο Μάνθος και η μητέρα του ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και μας παρείχαν ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το σπίτι έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και κοντά σε μια ωραία παραλια του Αγίου Ρωμανού. Είναι άνετο και καθαρό και πολύ ησυχο. Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Τήνο θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή!!!

Amazing host that went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay. The place is beautiful with a little balcony with a view of the shopping streets to be able to sit and enjoy the beautiful coffee provided. We loved this place and the host’s hospitality so much, that we extended our stay.

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Absolutely incredible stay at Alex's condo in Agios Romanos, Tinos, Greece! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink every evening. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, offering every comfort we could have asked for. One of the highlights was definitely the gorgeous pool. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the refreshing water and the convenient bar that served up delicious drinks all day long. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Alex was a fantastic host, always responsive and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the condo is ideal – tranquil and private, yet close enough to explore the charm of Tinos. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with stunning views, amazing sunsets, and top-notch amenities, Alex's condo in Agios Romanos is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tobys was perfect, it’s in a great location, right by the water and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and spacious, all you could want from a stay.Toby was the perfect host, helpful, informative, friendly. If I was to return to Syros I would 100% stay there again!

We met Anna upon arrival and she gave us the keys to the place. She was so nice and friendly and showed us around the unit. She provided water and local treats for us to enjoy during our stay. We had arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and well maintained. Anna checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. There is not much to do within walking distance so I highly recommend getting a car. But for our purposes Anna’s place was perfect.

Great place to stay

We could not recommend this accomodation highly enough. The location was so perfect, with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, super friendly and even left us with drinks and pastries in the fridge. If you are staying in Syros we reckon this accommodation and wish we could give more than 5 stars. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great place, close to everything, I loved the cute garden. The host was kind enough to provide extra towels for my friend and was lenient with the check out. They even gifted me a box of local sweets. I would totally choose it again for my stay in Syros.
