An incredible cottage in an incredible Welsh landscape. Couldn’t be happier with this gem in the hills. A beautiful house, with all of the amenities we could need. A spacious living space with plenty of room for guests. Thank you to our hosts, I’m sure you’ll be seeing us again!

I have been to many rentals and trips before, This place was by far the best of the lot. I'm not sure where to start from. The Large spacious house with loads of sitting rooms made everyone feel so comfortable. The Magnificent view literally from every window is something out of this world. The Massive garden was amazing. To top it all off was the private pool where the children and adults alike loved every minute. The House has loads of outdoor furniture, one could sense that the owners put their heart and soul into it. The house is at the end of a small road, so it has all the advantages, it's not in the middle of nowhere when things can feel a little eerie, but with the large front garden and massive backyard you feel all alone on this planet. The hosts were very responsive and assisted with all we needed. We didn't have to go out on trips, as we all wanted to stay in the house as long as possible. Leaving this house was extremely difficult as all we wanted was to stay much longer

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

A great place for all the family to gather. The pool really made it as children and adults alike could enjoy the warm water even in February.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great for us to drive to local hikes and we walked down the hill to the local pubs one evening. We loved the cinema screen in the living room and a large selection of DVDs. The living room was a great space, plenty of space for everyone and good sized dining room. Views from the balcony area were gorgeous. The en-suite rooms were great, only complaint would be the fourth room it was very small and contained two single beds with very limited space around the bed, no furniture for clothes or mirrors etc. Would be a good room for children, however the house was excellent value for money so wasn’t too bad having one smaller room. Great hosts and quick on communication, even helped us with sorting parking as we had 6 cars. We fit 3 on the designated area then the others nearby the house.

Lindsay was a great host, right from the beginning communication was brilliant. Great accommodation, very clean, very welcoming, and everyone had been thought of, down to our little dog, thank you. There was a very useful folder which gave clear instructions about the property and the local area. Peaceful area to stay, good area nearly to walk dogs. Would highly recommend and if we were to back up in Liverpool, we would stay at again. Thank you Lindsay

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

This is a fantastic little home from home and exactly as described. It's great value for money and is a cosy, comfortable renovation project. It's really warm and homely, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped, the living area is really cosy and the two bedrooms are a great size. The bathroom is great, the bath is HUGE, kids could probably swim in it!!! The property was really clean and tidy, and for the cost per night it's brilliant value. Parking is tight, but Karen clearly explains the best way to get a car in and it was fine (we have a Lexus NX and got in easy peasy). There isn't a garden for dogs to go to the toilet, but there are plenty of spaces less than a couple of minutes away so not a problem. It's in a lovely quiet residential area, so we slept like a log, and being in the heart of the national park there are plenty of walks straight from the door.

We had a fantastic hen weekend here. There was so much space (handy having a bathroom for each room with 17 of us getting ready) 2 min stroll to the train station with a 17 min train ride into liverpool. There's also a lovely pub down the road called no4 food and staff fab, so ita good place to start a weekend away with a good lunch. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it again if i ever needed a house this large. Would be perfect for large family christmas

Rachel was very welcoming and communicated well. The house is as described. The garden at the back was good for the dogs. Bedrooms all very clean and comfortable.

Lovely New Year break to see in 2025 Gorgeous location and super cute cottage which was perfect for our family of 5 with lovely bedrooms the smallest of which was perfect for our excited 8 year old. Whittled away the hours playing games watching films and enjoying the family time away from our normal routine. Everyone agreed (including the 1 year old) that we will be back 🥰

We traveled for football game and location is great for that purpose. Despite being close to the road bedrooms are quiet. While house is clean, there was some welcome package which was sweet and thoughtful. I am recommending this for all people who want to have good night base for visiting Liverpool in fair price. Host is super respeonsive nad helpful.

Wow - what a lovely cottage! Full of charm, character, and cosy as ever. Jenny was a fantastic host, making us feel right at home. The fire was delightful, and really added to the cottage’s beauty. The Piggery was also a lovely space to use for a warm drink whilst stargazing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jacob was communicative, and hospitable. The home was comfortable, and clean with an incredibly functional kitchen. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation.

This was a really nice and spacious property, ideal for a family. With shops nearby and a playground next to the house it was perfect for little outings.

Lovely Family Home This is truly a home from home providing travellers all they need to have a comfortable stay. We travelled as a group of 6 with 2 cars fitting on the drive no problems but local EV charger provides a cheaper rate. The house is spacious and offers more than enough room for everyone without tripping over each other. The wood fired hot tub is a particular highlight and is private from the neighbours in the back garden and yet offers some views of the surrounding valley. Definitely recommend and would happily return for a family holiday.

I cannot recommend this place enough, lovely clean, big house, with everything you could want during your stay and also has a pretty garden with furniture. April was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Its only a short walk to the train station and local shops. My family had a great weekend and the house beat my expectations. If i have another occasion to be in the area i would love to book the home again.

The house is beautiful, lovely and clean with everything you need. Plus some lovely added extras. Gavin was always available if we needed anything. Plenty to do locally, the beach is just a short walk away and we had a lovely day out in Conwy which was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

The house was lovely and bright, clean and well equipped. Great high chair and travel cot provided. It was a bonus to have on site parking. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the area, fantastic promenade and beach within walking distance and plenty of places for food. Perfect for a family holiday. Derrick was an excellent host. We would love to come again.
